Perfect stay

An excellent stop at the gates of the desert!
Service: A welcome of great professionalism. The staff is particularly kind, welcoming, and always available to facilitate the stay (especially for travel advice or managing arrivals). You immediately feel taken care of with the legendary Moroccan hospitality.

Below expectations

The hotel is, as various previous reviewers have already described, very noisy; thus, it is difficult to find peace at night, especially with louder fellow guests in the hallway. The entire hotel appears significantly older and more worn than it seems in the photos. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, even if they are sometimes nowhere to be found, especially in the restaurant, pool, and bar areas, making it sometimes impossible to place an order. The cleanliness could be significantly improved; for instance, the room was not properly cleaned, with numerous hairs from previous visitors present. Likewise, all napkins at dinner were heavily soiled, as were the tablecloth and the silverware. The dinner was generally good, the portions are very large, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was somewhat spartan and not particularly inviting.

That said, the points you raised regarding noise in the corridors, the gap between our visuals and the current condition of certain areas, the cleanliness of the room, the restaurant linen and cutlery, as well as the visibility of our staff at the pool, bar and restaurant — all of these have been noted with the utmost seriousness. Corrective measures have already been engaged with the relevant department heads, directly following your stay and the conversation you had with our General Manager.
