Exceptionnel Stay & Outstanding Service 10/10

An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is exceptional, right by the beautiful Sfiha Beach with stunning sea views. The residence is peaceful, beautiful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean. The apartment was comfortable, the surroundings were lovely, and the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely come back! Exceptional service from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional and always ready to help. A special thank you to *Youness*, whose kindness, professionalism, constant support and genuine smile made our stay truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - an absolute credit to the hotel.
The delicious variety of food, lively entertainment throughout the day and evening, refreshing drinks and beautifully prepared cocktails made every moment enjoyable. The beach activities were fantastic, with excellent opportunities for surfing, swimming and other water sports. With its relaxing atmosphere, comfortable facilities and activities for all ages, this is a perfect destination for families, couples and older guests.
Highly recommended!

Our stay at was more than just a beautiful place, what truly made the difference was the human touch

I have never written a review in my life, but today I felt I had to.
Our booking at the resort was cancelled, and when nobody seemed willing to listen or help us, Younes stepped in. he understood our situation and did everything possible to find a solution, finally arranging our accommodation at the Residences.
You completely turned a very negative experience into a positive one. Your professionalism, availability and genuine care made all the difference.
