Great location, good-sized room with a lovely hot shower and really friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and continental style, although we only ate there a couple of times during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

They try to double the price

guys on the staff, the staff from the restaurant and the young woman of Romanian descent were incredibly good, professional and attentive and I do thank them very much! The other young woman was a disaster; she did apologize, though, after trying to get me to pay double the actual amount.
The rooms were superficial cleaned. Under my bad was full of dust. Expresso machine didn t work, same the water boiling and the windows blinds. The cleaning ladys made me feel very unconfortable when I asked to refill the bottle of water with 2 liters of water and they started to laugh at me, one to the other. Very bad sound isolation. Rooms are modern. Beds are good. Good position. Next to buses and waterfront.

Un hotel foarte frumos, într-o locație excelentă, la doar 3 minute de mers pe jos de malul mării din Sliema. Faptul că există un supermarket Lidl pe aceeași stradă este, de asemenea, o mare comoditate pentru orice nevoie de cumpărături. …Mai mult

Amery House an excellent choice

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Amery House. From the first night, when everything feels a little unfamiliar, to my last day, when I genuinely felt like a local, the experience was outstanding.
My room was immaculate and was serviced every day to a very high standard, including a fresh supply of drinking water. The breakfast each morning was superb, with an excellent selection and great quality.
The location of Amery House is excellent. It is in the heart of Sliema, with shops, restaurants and the seafront all within easy walking distance, and a main bus route is only a two-minute walk away, making it very easy to explore the rest of Malta.
I would especially like to thank Jorden and his team for their friendliness, professionalism, and for doing everything they could to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Amery House to anyone visiting Sliema Malta, and I look forward to staying here again.

Prior to going I’d looked at the reviews and I must say they are pretty spot on and sadly it doesn’t seem the hotel is doing anything to improve on these.
Food is incredible- breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The girls on the front desk and in the restaurant really lovely.
In the room we had to ask for extra hangers - please just ensure there’s around 3 each (at least) Towels were terrible- frayed and thin. It was like they’d run out and were left with the ones you’d use as a last resort. Not good.
There was an odd, drain smell, at times, coming from the bathroom. Just worth a look at.
Tv was really difficult to work and if you accidentally unplugged the lamp, you needed to ask for help to get it working again.
If you pitch yourself as a “boutique” hotel then attention to detail is a must. Wasn’t a bad stay at all but was a little disappointing and I’m not sure we’d stay again.

Beautiful room, very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the whole room was extremely clean and tidy. Lovely staff, who were very helpful and greeted us warmly. No complaints whatsoever.
