An Exceptional Family Stay in the Heart of Bugibba

Our stay at INNSiDE Bugibba has been absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived. The hotel is modern, spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast deserves a special mention – it is honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. There is a huge variety of fresh, high-quality food, with something for everyone, and everything is beautifully presented. It’s the perfect way to start the day.
What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff. Every single member of the team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always greet you with a smile, are happy to help with anything, and make you feel valued as a guest. Their hospitality has exceeded all our expectations.
The location is also perfect. Everything is within easy walking distance – restaurants, cafés, shops, the promenade, bus stops, boat trips, and the sea. It made exploring Malta so easy while still being in a peaceful and relaxing area.
The rooftop pool and terrace are stunning, with amazing views over the bay, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
We would highly recommend INNSiDE Bugibba to anyone visiting Malta. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so memorable!

Great hotel rude pool bar manager

I’ve awarded this review 2 stars as the actual hotel itself and staff are fantastic and our problem was with the rooftop pool,after breakfast I returned to our room while my partner and daughter went up to get us some sunbeds,just as they were about to choose some nice beds in the nice bit downstairs they were approached by a man claiming to be the hotel operations manager(actually the bar manager which is 50/50 owned by hotel and company he works for) and told you can’t use these beds as they are reserved by hotel owner,then went to use others and then arrogantly told can’t use them either but you can use the ones upstairs(not as nice as these)also did exactly same to another couple and tried to charge them 40 euros to use them,after this decided to go out for day as couldn’t understand what was going on as paying guests of the hotel and asked at reception on way out and was told we should be allowed like anyone else to use this area of sunbeds,on return we asked again at reception and he had said he wasn’t aware we were hotel guests ,maybe approach people in a different manner and ask before being extremely blunt and rude,the way he spoke to partner and daughter completely unacceptable as paying guests of any hotel,as said the actual hotel and staff are great but this guy completely spoiled our stay and wouldn’t return based on this

A great stay

Hotel is new but the staff are keen to make the stay as good as possible, yeah there are some snags but it’s to be expected from a new building - the staff cannot be faulted. Overall a great stay, comfortable rooms and amazing views of the sea. We stayed in the Townhouse which was fabulous- spacious and felt really posh!

Best rooftop bar in Malta!

Great Rooftop Bar, great views of the bay, great Hotel, Great staff, great food, great drinks, great pool & did i mention a great rooftop bar?!
We have been in Malta for a week, Thursday night we had just finished our meal and started our casual walkabout when we was approached by a wonderful lady asking us if we would like to look around the new hotel that had just opened, i said we are just going for a walk, but she insisted that we quickly look around and come & see the rooftop bar
I love a rooftop bar and have visited many around the world as i travel globally for work
my first a million years ago at the Four Seasons in Mumbai if you want to know!
So the diamond, Moona, took my wife & i up to the roof top for what i planned as a quick mooch around and leave for our walk.
Once we got up there we saw how wonderful & chilled it was we & decided to stay for a drink (prices are super reasonable, no different to the local bars)
After our first drink we decided to look at the food menu (even though we had just had dinner) and the menu sparked our curiosity! We ordered the hummus & bread, cheese burger tacos & meatballs (which comes on a bed of hummus)
The food was absolutely amazing - i did enjoy the tacos the most!
Once we looked around we asked if we could move tables to another part of the rooftop - this was no problem & the team moved us quickly without issue
We then proceeded to spend the rest of the night happy looking at the view of the bay and drinking far more drinks than we had planned (beer for me, wine for my wife and an amazing sangria to end - more of a fruit punch but was fresh & lovely)
We spoke to the whole team and everyone of them was helpful, funny & caring a truly global gang Babar, Ayoub & Jessa and the Pompey Manager!
We had been told that the hotel was opening next week but tonight was a soft opening to get the team working, and we are their first customers - it was all so professional that you would not have known they had only just opened!
If you are in Malta you MUST visit this place the atmosphere is chilled, the view is amazing, the food & drinks are great
I'm not a photo taker, nor am i someone who leaves reviews - but i have left this review, shows what it takes for me to do so!
Great work team & see you again before we leave!
Next time we will 100% be staying at this hotel
