Excellent base for our stay

Great location, close to the buses, very easy to get to where we wanted to go. The shops and restaurants were plentiful and not forgetting that the hotel is right on the beach.
Very quiet even though we were close to the Freeport. Great sunrises and sunsets.
Very clean, maid service every day. We had a problem changing the water flow from the shower to the bath and it was fixed the next day. Thank you.

Hotel and restaurant wants the best. Cannot recommend it for leisure.

Do not recommend this hotel!!!Totally does not meet the price of quality.The hotel is not for recreation , but a dormitory for port workers.The hotel is in the industrial zone 100 meters from the freight port which operates 24 hours a day.Return to the town of Valletta 48 min.Bus .In the room on the wall between the bathroom and the room is fungus.In the room flies as there is no mastic net and cockroaches run.The sedator is torn at the seams.GLUED MATTRESSES!!! White towels are grey.The doors are very thin.All the corridor noise can be heard in the room. Restaurant-desktop.Disposable dirty tablecloths do not change.Table setting does not match restaurant.Appliances on trays are in disrepair.Chairs are plastic dirty. The food is disgusting.The meagre range.for 7 days never changed.The eggs digested to blue are cold,The vegetables are not fresh,sometimes even rotted,2 kinds of sliced cheese and 3 kinds of sliced jam.Instead of butter -spread.From baked:bread and croissants.Hopefully after our review the hotel will take action and travel agencies will exclude it from the recommended for holidays.one of its only advantages is that it is located by the sea.

Very clean room/hotel, AC, small fridge, table and chairs inside the room and in the balcony , amazing beach view, wonderful staff, restaurants and shops very close to the hotel, nearby buses, overall excellent and I will return soon

The WiFi was excellent we had no problem it was strong throughout.our stay.
The rooms we kept clean every day
We would go back and stay again
Good links via public transport as well

I liked the Water's Edge quite a lot, although the surrounding area was a bit industrial. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. I was pleased.
