ESCAPE THIS HOTEL!!!

DO NOT GO!!!
We were very disappointed with our stay. We had booked a room with sea view on Booking and upon arrival the room did not match our booking, we were forced to pay extra to have a proper room with real sea view.
The bosses Jean-Paul and Yolande are very unsympathetic, eager for money, the Mood seemed unhealthy.
It is a shame because the place is beautiful and the staff is adorable. The cook is excellent. At our second meal, we had ordered gambas and at the time of paying, unpleasant surprise... Yolande charged us a big extra by saying that we had had much more expensive camerons and that were not even à la carte!!! We had to pay under the threat of a direct loss of salary for the chef, it is a shame!!!
There are plenty of hotels with a more honest and caring Mood in Nosy Komba so a better choice is possible...

The Thénardier of Nosy komba. Staff with crazy schedules. We had to pay extra for something we didn't order otherwise it was withdrawn from the cook's pay. Too bad because otherwise it's pretty good and nice. One outlet for the entire room. Their attitude disgusted me so much and I went to eat elsewhere while it's very good there are also thefts and a scam with safes.

Never been treated so rudely and with no patience.

God help you if you need some help from Yolande. It's difficult enough getting any of the main staff to raise a smile, but having travelled around the world I have never come across a member of hotel staff so rude and impatient. And she is the boss !
This is the first time ever I have left early, at my own expense. I'm told she would never really admit her fault or discount the bill. But I won't be treated so rudely.
You may be OK if you are French but she had no patience or willingness to help me with a simple problem.

Incredibly horrible experience

The owner is a fraudster who does not shy away from the dirtiest tricks to get money from the customer. He delivers unordered services and still incomplete, but he wants to pay for the complete. Although it is theoretically possible to pay in the local currency or in euros, in practice he requires a currency with a more favorable exchange rate for him. Be prepared for different price lists when ordering and paying, and for threats to prevent you from leaving the island. I do not recommend to anyone. The owner should be already in jail.

Terribile experience

Bungalows are poor and sea in front is a port polluted and dirty
Managed by nasty people totally unfriendly that only think at money
One of the few places in the world where you have to pay for Wi-Fi
Please avoid to stay there!
