The resort was quite nice, the staff were even nicer. But my experience there was anything but pleasant. In the room above mine there seemed to be construction going on, or maybe an just incredibly loud family, from the time I checked in until l 20:00. It was not an environment tfor someone to relax and unwind from a busy day of traveling.

Overall, I found the hotel very comfortable and had a pleasant stay. The only downside was that I noticed several hairs on the bed that were clearly not mine. However, the staff handled the issue very well afterwards, which I really appreciated.
The restaurant is also worth trying, and the views are beautiful. Overall, despite the small issue with the room, I still had a positive experience and was happy with my stay.

Pleasant

The hotel is good, our room was spacious, there is shower gel and hairdryer, no fridge. Breakfast was good, although no baked eggs. There is sauna (no kids allowed) and pool. Sauna opens as of 15. There is a playground not far from the hotel. The lady at the reception was super friendly. All in all pleasant one night stay. One less positive point as that around 5am there was so much noise near our room that I couldn’t sleep anymore, sounded like they were cleaning something.

Great location! Cooler than the rest of Liechtenstein in the summer!

This hotel receives a solid 4 stars. It is in a fantastic location and had queit rooms with nice hotel amenities for couples and families alike! A highlight was the jacuzzi facing the mountains. This location is at much higher elevation than almost all other hotels in LIechtenstein. I chose this place specifically because I expected the temperature to be cooler if it turned out to be during a heat wave. This turned out to be a good choice because it was 38C at other hotels down the mountain vs 30C when I arrived at this hotel and then much cooler as soon as the sun set.
What could have been better: The service and a fan in the room. When I arrived, I stood at the front desk for about 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to by to check me in. It turned out that the person who could check me in was hanging out on a couch right next to me and saw me standing there for that entire time without asking if I needed anything. I thought this experience was abnormal as she was not busy at the time. She wasn't wearing anything like a name tag or anything displaying that she worked at the hotel so I didn't know. I only found out she worked there when someone else came in and asked her for something and then she helped that person first before me even though I had been waiting for several minutes.

Charming Alpine Hotel

Charming and lovely alpine hotel with delicious wellness area and good restaurant.
Most rooms have a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. The rooms are fairly large with a large bathroom.
The hotel is located right by the elevator, where you have views of three countries from the top. There are a lot of hiking routes in the area and a lot has been done for children to have fun.
We would love to come back.
