Awful Experience

i had a booking with them for 10 nights, for a duplex chalet, on the hotel side. at the time of check in, room not cleaned properly, someone used the toilet and it was very dirty. AC not working, Fridge was barely working, the big glass window was broken and they kept on it a carton. when i expressed my concerns about the above, the person in charge offered a 2 chalets in much worse situation than the one i booked. Customer Service is non-existant, they didnt even care. it is a very terrible place to stay.

Not recommended

Very rude staff. Security was disrespectful. Rooms are old and not maintained. Bad value for money. There are many nice places in lebanon but this one is really not worth it. The place used to be good on the past but lately its obvious that it is not well managed

Worst experience.

Worst experience. Went with our family (12 persons) for a weekend. Very rude restaurant owner, the worst security - troublemaker. You feel offended more than safe by him, owner of the hotel was very nice but no refund was made nor discount.
The security guy was about to hit us because we were asking him to talk to us in a proper manner. Not coming back to this place / not recommended.

Terrible experience

An old resort barely comfortable, bad service, a lot of restrictions, rocky and unequiped shore. the latest hotel bldg dating 20 years, fully booked regarding the limited options and difficult situation in lebanon.
منتجع قديم وغير مريح، الخدمة سيئة مع الكثير من القيود.
الشاطئ الصخري غير مجهّز.
الفندق المبني منذ عشرين عام محجوز بالكامل نظراً للخيارات المحدودة والوضع الصعب في لبنان.

Worst Hotel experience staff security and management

Been there for a summer and experienced with my family the worst.
1- Starting by reservation I called and reserved with their management and agreed on the price once arrived there they changed and raised the price.
2- Impolite team has no experience whatsoever in hospitality no bedsheets no pillows no internet no AC . very dirty place . no electricity
3- pool mainly close it opens only for 1 month or 2 so u end up paying for nothing
4- they can sell the place you are without prior notice and send u to another chalet without your approval
5- Place insecure people there fighting all the time and availability of weapon
6- kids area very old and not safe
and many many other concerns I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL SPECIALY IF U ARE COMING WITH YOUR FAMILY
