Short trip
Great service from Angga and Vira during breakfast. Also, special thanks to Wahyu from housekeeping for the great attitude and kindness. I’m very glad to stay here.
The room was a bit small, but still okay if you just want a short stay or a quick escape. However, if you plan to spend more time relaxing in the room, I would recommend choosing a bigger room for more comfort.
I had a little drama with the room at first, but thanks to the staff and Louis, who was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay

Good hotel and staff, they even served breakfast until 10 AM during Ramadan, which I thought was great considering I am not a follower of Islam. I will stay here again if need be.

An Unforgettable Stay at Ibis Salmiya
After my previous one-month stay, I returned to this hotel, and I can honestly say that I am very happy with my stay. The warm welcome, the kind and respectful treatment, the excellent cleanliness, and the delicious food all make this place very special to me. From the reception to the restaurant, every member of the staff makes you feel cared for and valued. The atmosphere is comfortable, and everything is delivered with professionalism and genuine kindness. I truly feel at ease here, as if I were in my own home. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ibis Salmiya and all its staff. I also thank Head Chef Omar for his kindness, care, and wonderful hospitality, as well as for the delicious meals and his constant attention to guests’ comfort. Soon I will be leaving the hotel, but the beautiful memories I made here will remain forever in my heart. Thank you, Ibis Salmiya, for an unforgettable stay.

1- Online checing was useless as i had to do the entire process at the desk again. 2-The checking staff failed to find my reservation. 3- The Room allocation was terrible with an intial room that smelt of cigarette.
4- a request for a iron and an iron board that was not fulfilled. I had to follow up 3 times. In total it took almost 60mn to get an iron.

we stayed at this hotel for 6 days- the room is very simple and a little small but enough for our needs and was very clean. location is walking distance from many shopping facilities
