Dream holiday Zadar

Even when greeted we felt at home. The apartment on the first floor was super clean and the view of the sea just a dream. The kitchen is superbly equipped and in addition a huge fridge with freezer. The beds in the bedroom absolutely new, so you sleep perfectly.
The small beach is really only a few steps across the road where you have always found a place. Parking directly in the yard and in the evening the gate is even closed. The hostess Ika spoiled us again and again with figs, tomatoes and delicious apple strudel, so you don't want to leave at all.
Many thanks to all family members for the great and unforgettable holiday in Zadar, Edgar & Inge.

Look no further

Magnificent residence in the immediate vicinity of the sea, it is located in a dead end lane. We have the studio on the ground floor but has its own independent bedroom. Super welcome from the owners always available to help
Very nice and quieter area of the center of Zadar which is 1 hour walk along the docks

If Zadar, then Villa Punta!

Villa Punta is really less than 10 meters from the sea. The welcome was very warm and the room was super clean (including the dishes and cooking utensils). The apartment has 3 windows so you can admire the sea from every corner of the apartment, as well as a cozy terrace. We cooked a lot during our stay. The location is a bit out of the way, but it is quiet and you can reach the old town in 30 minutes on foot. Conclusion: we had a wonderful time and are totally thrilled.

where to begin.

My Mum and I go away for a week together each year and this year we picked Zadar. It was our first time in Croatia and we could not have been more pleased. Zadar was beautiful and Villa Punta was everything we hoped it to be and more. The owners made us feel like family, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help us and recommend places to go to. Th apartment itself was fabulous, we could not have had a better breakfast view! I would thoroughly recommend hiring bikes from the owners friend, the ride into town is fantastically picturesque and the boats are just an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful two day trip to Zadar

We loved this place! When we arrived it was cold and rainy (not expected in late June) and the host gave us a little Schnapps to warm us up! It is directly across from the ocean and "beach", a rocky strip. Three are great restaurants near by and if you are going out on a boat one of the marinas is right down the street.
We got a little cold on the first night and the bedding is not very warm. We forgot to ask for extra blankets so again we were a bit chilly, we ended up using our beach towels... other than that it was fantastic. Also, it is outside of the city which we were glad about but don't think that you will be able to easily walk to town, there is a close bus.
