Really strange!
''The gentleman was offered breakfast, and this was in front of witnesses who heard the entire conversation. He said he didn't need it because he was in a hurry to move on anyway. After that, we spent another 10 minutes talking about agencies and rude people. Which is exactly what he is being right now.I kindly offered him a coffee to start with, and whatever else he wanted after that. The guests who were sitting in the lobby drinking coffee and having croissants heard everything, and they even told me how polite I was. So, he is the one who needs to apologize to me, not me giving him a refund.''
And this is what really happened:
I came to breakfast and found the door on which says breakfast locked. I found that weird and I turn away to go but the door unlocked and receptionist came out and asked me what do I need. I said I came down to have breakfast. She told me that I do not have breakfast included and I told her that I do have breakfast included in the reservation. Then she went to her computer to check and then she said that is a mistake and that they do not offer breakfast at all and showed me price list on the desk proving that they do not have breakfast on the price list. I said it must be some kind of error then and then she offered to make me coffee, which I did not accept because I wanted breakfast and not coffee on empty stomach. And yes then we were in a hurry because we wanted to go somewhere to have something to eat!

The room was not proper for little infant. Poor amenities, terrible staff communication and eerie atmosphere overall.

There was no reception and no ongoing communication from the owners—only when we arrived and when they happened to see us on the property, and even then they barely acknowledged us. Overall, the service was poor and the stay simply wasn’t worth it.
I decided not to complain at the time because I didn’t want the hassle of arguing with the owners. However, my rental car door was damaged while parked at the hotel, and when I asked about it, I received no response.
