Amazing place to stay and amazing host

Great place to stay, not too far from the old town by car. Nikola was so helpful and gave us loads of information about the area and things to do in Dubrovnik. Apartment was clean and spacious and had a lovely view. Recommend doing the boat trip that Nikola suggests as it’s a lovely day out! Would definitely return!

Villa Samba, WOW, WOW and WOW!!

This was our first time in the beautiful country of Croatia and Villa Samba was the perfect place for us.
We were after a week of relaxation along with a few trips, which we did to Dubrovnik and the three Island cruise and this Villa surpassed all our expectations.
Unfortunately for us we had a delay on the plane and arrived in the dark, about midnight, and Toni was there to see us in to the apartment with a smile.
Come the morning any tiredness and anguish over the delay vanished once we opened the curtains to see the fantastic view from out of the balcony. The sunsets were something else!!
We had an introduction talk in the morning after our arrival to give us the details of the local area, restaurants, beaches, buses, shops etc. Nikola and Toni, were so helpful with the information they have supplied in the apartment and helped us to organise our trips out.
The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, we were not expecting the maid service to do the bins bedding etc as no other apartment we have been to has had this. The pool was lovely, clean and very peaceful.
The beaches nearby were so clean it is embarrassing to think about the state of our local beaches in comparison to Croatian beaches. With water so clear it was lovely to swim in warm water.
We would not hesitate to go back as it is so very well placed to get to all the local area with out being in the Hussle and bustle of a built up town.
We cannot recommend this enough to everyone that wants to relax and be comfortable with where they are staying.

Amazing villa

The villa is everything you need, immaculate and the views from the balcony are so amazing especially the sunset. Nikola welcomes you and explains everything in detail offering advice on your stay in Croatia and very helpful always. The villa is in a quiet area so suitable for those happy to relax and catch a bus or taxi to visit Dubrovnik, Cavtat or Milini for entertainment. There are some good restaurants in Plat though so you can choose. We did two day trips to Montenegro and one to Bosnia and a lovely visit to Chilipi on the Sunday as recommended by the owner of the villa. They have a lovely Sunday church service and crafts and local people dressed in cultural clothing with song and dance so well worth it.
We wouldn’t hesitate staying in Villa Samba and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in beautiful accommodation.

Fantastic apartment and location

Lovely holiday experience at family run Villa Samba, from friendly welcome on arrival to departure no complaints.
Swimming pool is spotless and always room around it with parasols and cushions.
Views from the front balconies are fantastic and the Villa is a short walk away from Buses to Cavtat/Dubrovnic or boat trip from Plat pier to Dubrovnic.
Apartment is clean, modern and comfortable with two balconies to catch sun (or shade) at different times.
Would recommend for anyone staying in Dubrovnic area.

Absolutely amazing and perfect!

Absolutely brilliant apartment had everything we needed, very clean everyone was friendly and location was perfect and would highly recommended anyone! Lovely area very safe country. The swimming pool was lovely views from the pool and again very clean! Platt is beautiful and beach close walk away from apartment and was one of the bests beaches! Where the apartment was made it very easy to get around we got to travel a few different places we went into Dubrovnik was amazing, Mlini pretty and lush flowers, Cilipi for tradition but Cavtat has my heart <3 and apartment was perfect location very easy to travel and get back. Such a gorgeous country can’t wait to go back! Landlord and lady were so helpful to show us the best way to travel and tours/boat trips all at hand and was more than welcoming and helpful explained everything to us thank you both so much really the best holiday ever can’t thank Nikola and his family and staff enough!
