More than good experience

Located in the center of Tsilivi is about 500 meters from the beach. Quiet and welcoming environment. New and functional rooms, cleaned daily. Very helpful the owner. Perhaps the only flaw is the lack of a large parking lot, the current one can hold a maximum of four cars. I recommend booking directly from Katerina's website to get a better price than the search engines

Do not book accommodation at Katerina studios on Zakynthos

We were a large group of friends who were going to travel through Greece in September 2024 and the plan was to stay, among other things, in Zakynthos for 3 nights. Most of us booked our rooms at Katerina Studios studios already sometime in May-June. Unfortunately, almost all of us, 5 double rooms and 1 triple room, were also cancelled, just a couple of weeks before we were due to arrive at the hotel in Zakynthos. The bad explanation we got was that there was a problem with the banks for those who were on the room bookings. This is definitely a lie, because we all live in different countries, have different banks and different bank cards. Sometimes there can be a problem with a bank card, it has happened to me personally, but then the hotel calls and requests another card or offers another method of transferring the amount. That was not the case here.
At Katrina Studios you will simply be canceled without any warning at all!
The interesting thing was that while this was happening you could see on their site that they offer rooms for a minimum of 4 nights. My guess is that they either sell rooms at much higher prices later in the season, or choose to sell rooms for longer periods and cancel those with lower rates and shorter stays.
Anyway, it is very unethical, definitely must be against all laws and regulations regarding the international tourism. My takeaway and recommendation is: Do not book accommodation at Katerina studios on Zakynthos!

lovley peaceful holiday

good location about 15 minutes walk from the local tavernas spotless appartment lady who owns it very nice and helpful would definitely recommend if your looking for a quiet holiday lovley balcony to sit out without being bothered been going to kalamakie for 25 years and would definitely go back to this apartment

Amazing Apartment and Location

In the heart of a busy strip. You have everything you need on your doorstep. Very very convenient. Apartment was very clean and had all the basic amenities you would need. Taxis, excursions and car rentals are all available on the main strip

Great location

I stayed here September 2019, the studio was lovely, very clean with regular towel and bed linen changes. Equipped with a kettle, toaster and basic cutlery, crockery. The shower was lovely very hot and easy to use. The beds were lovely and comfortable and I slept very well. I met Mrs Katerina who is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyday I was greeted by the lovely smiley Margarita who kept my room spotless, she is a real asset to the business.
The location of the studios is perfect very close to bars and tavernas and the beach a short walk away. I would recommend a visit to Zante town lots to see and some very nice eateries.
I would not hesitate to return to Katerina Studios, thank you for making me very welcome and a very enjoyable sta6. Good luck for 2020.
