Stunning disappointment

Unacceptable, dirty, pre-war doors, the dirt from the door, dissolved bath towels, non-functional air conditioning, narrow bathroom without shower separator resulting in wet the pool, dirty tiles in the bathroom, ruptured furniture, an anatomy layer as we were told, only it was like concrete, rusty door key, like the card, old chairs on the balcony, strange smell inside the space.
We arranged to go for 5 days & finally left on 2 days due to the above problems & after we were promised on the 3rd day room change with the same unacceptably hard layer, of course we refused & asked for a refund of the money for the 3 of the 5 days left, which did.
In the end he wished us a good return. This can only be understood as an irony, having made such a five-hour road to get there to take a vacation.
He did not even have the mood to listen to our complaints & with an apathy made us a refund.
We found ourselves at the last minute in a peak period to look for another accommodation, which we found at the same price and with a higher quality rating.

THE WORSE

And if I had been paid, I would never go again... the location was a mess, you parked and when you got out of the car a good bad time a parachute so you would fall off the cliff and open it to save yourself. The room stinked. We came back from the sea and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets smell sweat. Silence 0. The other came from five rooms away and heard everything. One night we were obviously nervous and obviously the next day we left... no one went. Imagine Google's ratings were turned off by the guy. FAR

Unacceptable.

In the photos below is reflected the picture of the room we stayed.comments are unnecessary..As for the behavior of the owner tragic..we spoke aggressively because I dared complain about the room..At the same price you will find accommodation both in Agios Petro and in Basilica.

Okey!

First of all i will start with the pros .. The location was ideal cause it was very close to Vasilikis Beach and Porto Katsiki . It was a quiet place . Also we checked the aircondition filters and it was cleaned. Near to the appartments you can find restaurants and bakery !
But let me tell you the cons!
1. The room was a little bit old
2. No sound proof
3. Noisy a/c
4. I had to install by my own channels on Tv
5. Very tiny bathroom , and shared with the toilet so everytime we had shower entired bathroom was flated !
6. Pillows so so so uncomfortable
I expected something better as i saw the photos before i booked .

good for short stay

This small hotel is bit far from the Vasiliki, however nearest village is in the walking distance. This is good place to stay for few days (we stay 4), however I will not recommend for longer.Renting the car is the must.
Needs updating. Unfortunately chairs and tables are very old. Cleaning is also not as good as it should be, and one day (Tuesday) our room was not cleaned.
The beds are big and comfortable, and kitchen has some basic stuff, such as plates, cups, glasses, pan and two pots. There is A/C and Wi-Fi (very slow one). There is bathroom/WC room, and the view is stunning (mountain) .
The young guy, who welcome us was very kind and helpful, he even give us the map of Lefkada and explain where to go and what to visit.
Generally : good for short stay on budget holiday.
