No AC during our stay, front desk was friendly. Breakfast was good.. Overall it’s not bad for the price.

This probably the worst mid-range hotel I have ever stayed. We booked one night over Spring festival for the convenience of room service and the hotel restaurant, only to find that this international hotel has closed its kitchens for the holiday! Of course they gave no notice, and there is nothing to their website to indicate this.
What a complete joke and a disgrace to the Mercure brand. Avoid at all costs.

mentioned. And also we reflect it to hotel management and relevant departments immediately. Due to Chinese New Year, the business hours of our restaurant are different from normal. We placed a notice outside the restaurant that you may not see, we deeply regret the inconvenience we caused. Meanwhile we’ll strengthen management and retraining of employees to improve the quality of service. Looking forward to your next stay, we will not disappoint you again!

这个房间真的太棒了，卫生打扫及时，特别干净整洁，房间空间大，设施齐全，床品干净舒服，早餐不是特别多，但都很好吃，地理位置虽然不在景点，但周围有商场，有两条胡同全是居民区里的好吃的店，而且出门就是公交快车站，真的值得一住。在这里感受到了成都的安静与悠闲，休的很自在，很舒服，强烈推荐自由行的朋友来住。唯一遗憾的就是洗衣房有点小，里面卫生还有待加强。

酒店挺好，朋友刚好约在那里吃中餐，每道菜都很精致，调味也很棒，服务员温和有礼，入住退房效率高，可以开停车票，唯一不解的是为什么我付450却一份早餐都没有
