Maybe the hygiene of the room is driven out, and there is no garbage bag in the bathroom. The little girl at the front desk lacked service awareness. She tried to ask if she could deliver breakfast. She was told that it was not possible. In fact, many hotels in Changsha will deliver it. The request is not too much. Later, the little girl said that the order did not have breakfast, and it was exchanged with points. Is the breakfast exchanged with points not breakfast? After re-issuing breakfast, she said that it wasn't her who missed breakfast, but her colleague who missed breakfast. There is absolutely no need to tell me that, I don't know you or your colleague, I just need breakfast. The parking lot is charged 10 yuan for 22 minutes. According to the national standard, it should be charged for more than 30 minutes, right? The car has already reached the gate, so I didn't go back to ask for a parking ticket. The auntie’s words in the breakfast room made people feel uncomfortable. When she saw the good powder placed there, she thought she could take it casually. When the aunt saw me taking the powder, she confidently told me that it wasn’t mine and I couldn’t take it. It was embarrassing. Can you say it differently. If I want to have a better experience, I suggest going to a newer chain hotel with better service, and almost all requirements will be met.

If you don't have a license plate, you can ask our security guard. Our room rate is divided into breakfast-included and breakfast-free rates. The room you first book on Ctrip does not include breakfast. The double room is because our lady at the front desk didn't work carefully and didn't see that you exchanged your points for a breakfast coupon on Ctrip, and at the same time failed to give you a pleasant dining experience in the restaurant, which brought you unhappiness. Very clean, comfortable beds. Good front desk service. There’s a shopping mall just opposite. But distance to 步行街 is a little long as there’s always traffic jam ard
