Great Price Quality Ratio

The hotel occupies only the top floor of the building. Don't be frightened on arrival: the common entrance is in need of renovation but once you get to the hotel floor, everything is in place. Rooms spotless; those towards the street are better than those towards the inner courtyard. The staff is very kind and speaks perfect English. If you are by car, you can park in the inner courtyard.

Good stay in center of Almaty.

The reception speaks English well and is helpful. The hotel is unmarked on the main street and the entrance is behind. However, it is fine. You will have to climb a few floors with your luggage. The room is good, the bathroom and shower are good, the air con works well. The WiFi generally works well. They do have a cooler with hot and cold water as well in the reception area.
TV has no channels in English and they should put screens on the windows. Otherwise, a good stay.

Good English great service and room

This felt like home for 3 nights Without the gals at front desk who could translate and arrange various transport requests it would have been miserable. Their English was excellent and a fun cherry group. The room was adorable with chandelier and velvet curtains w small bay window that opened. Although I faced busy street after 11 pm it was quiet.
Large walk in rain shower and hand held w soap container but no shampoo. Slippers and bathrobe supplied. Mini fridge. Tv but no English. Bed super comfortable. Air con worked well.
Next door to large supermarket and reception had micro that you can use. Don’t be worried about entrance which is at back of building very safe and well monitored area. Close to all sights by walking. Although no elevator the stairs are wide and very few to 3 rd floor reception.
Am going back for another stay enroute to Tashkent.

A nice boutique hotel in the centret

D'Rami has a good location for sightseeing with most of Almaty's main sights within walking distance. It's in a posh area with plenty of restaurants and an upscale supermarket very close. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate, but there were many coffee shops around where breakfast was available.
Finding the hotel wasn't easy. The entrance was from the backyard of the building and there were no signs to it on the street. It's on third floor and there's no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage.
Despite the hotel being small, the front desk was open 24 h, and they spoke good English. Our room was beautiful, although somewhat small. Our window was towards the street and street noise could be heard, but it wasn't disturbing.

Just a good place to stay

The centrally located small hotel is located on one floor in a residential building. The entrance is at the back of the building in a courtyard. The rooms are clean and modern and have air conditioning. Rooms to the street are also quiet if you keep the windows closed. There is no breakfast room. There is also no elevator. It is best to book without breakfast and go to one of the many cafes around the corner. If you stay three nights minimum you will get a free airport transfer. I can only recommend this hotel and would come back.
