Our only disappointment was the pool.

Great Hotel with Clean Rooms and Excellent Service
We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt in Windsor, Canada. The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. We also noticed the housekeeping staff working very hard to keep everything clean, which was really appreciated.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the bar staff were also welcoming and attentive. We really appreciated having several choices available for the complimentary breakfast, and the free parking was a very convenient bonus.
The gym was also very clean and well-maintained.
Our only disappointment was the pool. The chlorine smell was extremely strong and irritating to our eyes, and it was difficult to breathe comfortably while we were there. The water also felt a little too cold. Unfortunately, we couldn't really enjoy the pool because of the strong chlorine smell and irritation.
Other than the pool, everything about our stay was excellent. If the pool experience were improved, this would easily be a five-star stay.

Me and my family have stayed here once before and we continue to go back. Staff is great facilities are great good breakfast. One thing I could say is the width of the parking spots. Other than that. Everything is great with this hotel. We’ll definitely stay here multiple times.

Our check in was smooth. Our room was very clean, the food we had was very good (and we are quite particular) but most of all the woman at the front desk was great! She went above and beyond expectations!! The breakfast the next day was wonderful as well with a very happy lady who took great care of everyone!!

2 Night Stay Was OK

We came to Windsor to see the opening of the new Gordie Howe bridge. Our room had floor-to- ceiling windows, glass doored shower & really big tv with great clarity although volume almost muted and required my accessing subtitles feature. The double blinds do the job at night but are a pain to handle & cause a racket when it’s time to raise/lower.
Parking & breakfast included & are a sign of delighting a customer which we appreciated and all at a reasonable price.
Food from Hyatt’s The Placery was good - order of wings comes with dipping sauce, carrots and celery. Wish it was open on the 2nd night (Monday) we stayed. But restaurant across the street provided an appropriate substitution.
Coffee fresh in morning & breakfast offerings were ok. Kitchen area big and bright. Sunday more relaxed & we lingered. But Monday morning is all business energy with people readying for their work day and as we are retired we are all about slowing-down & we don’t have to rush. So, while barely finishing up my 3rd cup was politely prompted to hand in my & my husband’s coffee mugs. I commented that yes we were finishing up and gave her our mugs but on reflection felt that maybe we were politely being told it was time to leave (there were many tables & chairs still available). As we enjoy 3-5 stays a year at various hotels , travel regularly & ensure we present ourselves appropriately at any place we stay at, we are running on a different frequency from the usuals business guests staying at this hotel Mon-Friday.
All the employees we engaged with seemed part of a tight running ship.
