The room needs mouldings installed properly. The bathroom has mold and some rot by bathtub. Also silicone around tub needs to be replaced.

Not as advertised and will over charge you

Drug deals going on in parking lot. White car parked in front of room with a shirtless guy folded over passed out on drugs, drug paraphernalia in sight. Garbage scattered everywhere on the grounds. Blood stains on bedding, floors where not clean. Didnt have any of the amenities advertised and charged more than listed in price and refuses to refund the excessive amount charged. Definitely not family friendly or safe for dogs

The towels were disintegrating and the room in general felt dated but it was quiet and the AC worked well.

Tye unit reaked of urine and stale tobacco even though it was a non smoking room. The one ceiling light that worked (no there was no lamps) was missing bulbs. No amenities at all. Staff was not helpful, when asked if we could perhaps get a clean towel we were told we needed to come get it from the office. Do not believe the photos they are a gross misrepresentation of the actual condition.

The entire establishment looks tired, like it could use a reno. My big complaint was booking on-line and then needing to pay a $200.00 damage deposit (which was refunded after check-out) - I've never experienced that before. My room was ground floor and the noise from the upstairs rooms was very annoying, other than that it was clean but unremarkable - the flat screen TV was quite small! The A/C unit was mounted in a poorly accessible spot; I had to move the table and chairs to adjust the settings but it worked adequately. The bathroom needed a reno and didn't come with much soap or shampoo, there wasn't even a spare roll of toilet paper. There's no access to the check-in counter, the clerk takes your information through a window and walks you to the room with your key - very different!
