Absolutle gem!

We were a group of friends who stayed at Galzig Lodge and we couldn't have been happier. Perfect location, lovely apartment, amazing breakfast and wonderful staff - would definitely return!

Brilliant place!

Such an amazing place to relax!
Brilliant accommodation and very good room service with staff cleaning the apartment daily!
The breakfast was delivered to our door, and it was fabulous!
Lovely place to stay while enjoying a lovely holiday, and lovely views of the surrounding area, and all within an easy walking distance of all of the main attractions of the village.
And all with a great bistro bar just downstairs!!!

A little piece of Alpine heaven

The location of the Galzig Lodge is impossible to beat - a few steps from all 3 main lifts and a short stroll from the charming Main Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. Ski hire was in the same building, accessed via a private access from our lift.
Once inside, the attention to detail in the design of the rooms becomes apparent with both the ensuite bedrooms and communal areas boasting excellent features as well as stylish touches. In the living room, there are books and blankets and the kitchen had everything you would need for some light self catering. The bedrooms were stylish and each ensuite has its own mini sauna. A yoga mat and some ski yoga exercises were suggested.
We asked for help booking restaurants, and were given a schedule for the whole week, with our preferences taken into account, all bookings made on our behalf.
All this was wonderful but the star of the show was the breakfast served every day in our dining area. As good as any hotel buffet, with over 30 different items combining to make a magical start to each day.
I cannot see any reason to stay anywhere else when in St Anton - thank you to the Galzig Lodge team.

Very poor service to date

I'm booked in to visit the property soon and am sure it will be nice, but I have to note the service to date has been dismal, rude and unaccommodating. I asked for a slight extension to check out time (which would still give them plenty of time before the next check in) and was told I had to pay a 400 euro charge on a Monday in early December which I presume is low season. I also mentioned it would be my birthday that day. I understand it's a business but this seems unnecessarily greedy and grasping, especially given the high rates already charged at the property. Very disappointing.
