Splendid place

The hotel is situated in a fabulous village, managed by professional employees from cleaning staff up to the management. The checking-in and out is simple, the kitchen deserves Michelin star!
The heated ski-boot room and separated ski-room are very useful, as the ski-bus service, with a stop just in front of the hotel.

Amazing holiday stay

We have selected Heiligenblut resort and hotel after positive feedbacks from the internet. And really, everything was perfect from the first entry to the hotel until our check-out. The attitude of all the hotel staff is fully professional, hotel offers perfect service that was enjoyed by our family. Excellent dining, comfortable rooms, ski bus in front of the hotel door! Nice wather and snowy, but definiteley not crowded lifts/ondolas and slopes, what more to wish! Will definitely come back...

Honest hotel

We had a great time in Heiligenblut. Very nice village at the foot of Austrians highest peak (which we saw only on the morning of our leave). The Franz Joseph Hohe is fantastic to make excursions.
The hotel is simply good: nice food but no high quality, rooms are large enough and clean, beds could be better. Sanitary is clean but somewhat outdated. The swimming pool is not huge but nice, as the sauna and steaming room.
Staff is very helpful.
So conclusion: honest price/quality hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with Great Skiing Opportunities

Well this hotel is fantastic!
Our Stay was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel decor was lovely.
All members of staff were very attentive and when in need of help they were always there to answer questions.
The hotel pool was very welcoming after a day of skiing, my husband had a sports massage during or stay and he would highly recommend this.
Our room was good and our view from the balcony was pleasant.
We were able to bring our dog on this trip and the hotel were very accommodating to this.
Breakfast and evening meal were Amazing, the variety was superb and all food was fresh and hot. The waiting staff were excellent and tended to our every need.
Drying rooms were available for you to store your boots and skis overnight and a free ski bus (every 15 mins) will take you straight to the lift.
The Glockner Bar was lovely to have an evening drink in, although it did lack atmosphere and could do with more evening entertainment, however this would not put me off staying here again!

missing atmosphere within alpine region

The hotel is quite ok, if you do not expect atmosphere of the alpine region. At the reception I didn't received the correct info to get a cheaper price for Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Finally they charged more than needed. The dinner is served as a buffet. Here the focus is on meat and unfortunately not with the best quality. I've missed any austrian fine dish. Maybe because it is lead by hungarian company.
Sorry - it was satisfiying but nothing more.
