Charming

The stay was lovely, with Claudia Danilo and Kevin is always like staying at home.
Beautiful panorama, rich breakfast, top rooms, the pool with mountain views was our pampering.
Recommended to anyone who wants to make a stay in a wonderful place relaxing.

Recommended!! To try

Lovely place run in a family way by wonderful people, helpful and very kind. Great breakfast and spotless rooms. There is a small swimming pool and ample outdoor space! Private parking and all in the middle of nature close to many tourist attractions.

Great break from city life

Ask for room with a view. Beautiful mountain setting. Very kind and helpful owners.
Very clean and quiet rooms with individual showers. Delicious and filling breakfast. Easy to find. Day trip possibilities include visiting Austria, Italy and Slovenia, with time for meals and sightseeing. Great break from city life.

Relaxation in the family

Reception and availability. Comfortable environment and kindness. We felt like family. Generous outdoor breakfast, pampered by Claudia, Danilo and Kevin. Maximum tranquility to regenerate in a weekend. We will definitely be back.

Problematic

Unfortunately I can’t give a positive review. I was treated here in a dishonest way. I booked a standard double room via booking.com. The description of the standard room states that the room has a balcony. The first night I stayed in a room with a balcony. What surprised me was that I was told I received an upgrade. The next day, when I was hiking, they moved my stuff without my permission to a different room with no balcony. I think this is unacceptable to move stuff without permission. On top of that, they didn’t move my electric toothbrush. Since I can late after hiking, when I realized my toothbrush is missing, it was too late to do anything about it. The property staff was no longer around. I had to go to bed without brushing my teeth. The question is whether the standard room has a balcony or not. If it doesn’t, then the room description is misleading and it should be corrected. But above all, no one should be moving my stuff without permission while I was hiking. If you offer an upgrade, make sure you can offer it the entire stay. If not, do not offer it.
Note that rooms have no AC or a fan. It gets warm in the room in the summer. Bed mattress was soggy and uncomfortable. Room decor is dated. WiFi in the room is not reliable. Room keys and locks should be replaced. Each time I was entering or leaving my room, I had to spend 5-10 minutes locking or unlocking the door.
The worst of course is how they treat their customers not seriously. Has it ever happened to you that your stuff was moved with no permission from one room to another?
