top-notch comfort and kindness

My stay with my boyfriend, thanks to Giuseppe, the property coordinator, was very comfortable. The room was perfect: modern, recently renovated, a generously sized bathroom, and a comfortable bed. But the property offers not just the room, but a service that includes towels, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a terrace for breakfast, and a bar area that the guest can use 24/7... we were overwhelmed by the kindness and convenience. Thank you, Giuseppe, for making us feel at home and for making our first couple's vacation pleasant.

Would return in a heartbeat

The location of De loca is excellent just a few steps literally from the main strip of Tropea yet tucked away enough to be super silent at night. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Ours was #3 it had a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, stocked bar fridge and a desk. Of course there was a tv and a./ c. We had a window with an outlook of the old rooftops.. very charming. The bathroom was large and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The room is serviced every 2 days and there’s an outdoor space to hang wet clothes, towels etc. there was a terrace with tables and lounges with a well equipped little bar area for tea and coffee fresh fruit and other treats. Our host Giuseppe was exceptional. Warm and welcoming and there’s nothing he wouldn’t do to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. A highly recommended suggestion, Giuseppe organised at our request a private water tour. 6 hours of bliss, swimming from the boat, delicious lunch cooked by our lovely skipper Francesco. I highly recommend this place. It felt like staying with family

TROPEA 20 YEARS LATER

Almost twenty years have passed, and finally we are back in the beautiful Tropea, certainly improved and adapted to more international tourist flows, with many new places, restaurants, accommodation facilities... for this reason we wanted to stay in a structure that would allow us to find the right relaxation after pleasant and long days at sea and excursions.
De LoCa was absolutely up to our expectations, Giuseppe the perfect host, full of the right enthusiasm and professionalism, considerate, attentive, efficient and discreet, its structure managed to perfection, modern rooms, spotless, cozy, while being in a side street a few steps from the main Vittorio Emanuele, the location is very quiet... much more to add, but it is worth discovering it staying for a few nights. Best wishes to Joseph, continue like this, and we hope to see you again sooner or later. Mariano and Barbara.

Everything perfect!

If there were 10 stars Giuseppe would deserve all 10, for his polite and kind energy, which combined with the passion for his work make you live a unique holiday.
* spotless rooms
* willingness to guide you in every experience
* breakfast with always fresh products, homemade cakes, fruit from your own orchard, cold cuts and artisan cheeses
* always ready to dispense advice on where to go to make the best purchases to take home
* human, a volcano of ideas and an exceptional host
Thanks for everything Giuseppe, if we returned to Tropea the navigator would set itself up to the De Loca Rooms.
