Just great
The management and staff are very friendly. Great location. Extensive breakfast buffet of high quality. Pleasant cafe open during the day until late in the evening. Great location in a quiet area. Bus stop very close. Etsch cycle path also very close. Great pool with sunbathing lawn. Bozencard!!!!

Here you are not just a customer, here you are a guest.
We have probably never felt so welcome anywhere as here. All staff from cleaning to director (Tonni) asked about our well being constantly? Plans for today? Should we call and secure tickets for e.g. museum? Suggestions for excursions etc.
Breakfast on the cozy terrace with a beautiful view is an experience. The dinner in the same place and prepared from local ingredients, served with local wines is again a good experience that can only be recommended.
The guests are really taken care of here.
We experienced a great deal of dedicated pride behind the entire hotel.

Top marks in the country side!
No air conditioning was in the room, which could be a problem during the "heatwave" periods and there were no nets for the windows so insects and mosquitoes will have to be dealt with if you leave the windows open.
