An excellent choice

Hotel booked a long time ago turned out to be an excellent choice. Welcomed with friendliness, we were given a spacious, very clean room with an equally well-kept bathroom. Abundant and varied breakfast, paid parking, covered and convenient. Recommended.

Good but barely slept due to noise from the road.

The room is simple but spotless. Breakfast very good. We were welcomed by friendly staff. However, because the room was on the road side, we hardly slept. A very busy road, with a construction pit on the other side. If we had known, we would not have gone (it was not told or mentioned). There is no air conditioning, but the noise forced the windows closed. When we told another employee the next day, there was no response except "thank you". When you book, ask for a room in the main building, and certainly not on the side of the main traffic.

Disappointing....

I gave it 2 stars only because the food saves this place; we are staying in a room in the annex, which turns out to be a new room and for this reason probably not yet fully ready to best accommodate guests: the soap dish is missing in the shower, and also in the shower the drain cover is broken in half; the room is clean, however.....but bare.....not even a bottle of water in the room, the fridge is missing, and I would say that with what you pay here, that should be the minimum!
Dinner was good and substantial, however, but I am curious to see tomorrow at the time of the bill if they will charge us for the water and how much they will make us pay for it!!
I think we will suffer from the heat tonight because the air conditioner is really small and cannot keep up, and on top of that they gave us two duvets......with almost 30 degrees outside!!!!
Oh well.....I would say that this is just not right!

Great hotel just steps from the center

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the center excellent for Christmas markets with every purchase you have the opportunity to leave it in the room, also excellent underground parking at € 8 per night (other parking costs more).
European breakfast well assorted.
The cleanliness of the rooms was great, the problem arose with the staff, between 8 and 10 am they do the cleaning of the rooms, after the first night they knocked on the door 3 times because they wanted to clean despite we were still in the room, the second night (the day we left) we went out for breakfast and went back to the room to do the last needs before we set off and found the room open with the staff inside who were cleaning before check-out time (10:00)

Unfriendly

Horrible hotel for buses. Primarily interested to serve tour operators and not individual guests. Impolite, not helpful. No service unfriendly. Pass through visit which I hope to forget ASAP
