Only happiness

Our stay went very well! Giuseppe is very cordial, accommodating and very good advice (we were delivered excellent pizza).
The setting is magical, the room very clean with modern design, everything is in harmony!
I highly recommend this bnb

Discover the Sebino, magnificent

Very nice establishment, old Villa of the 60s, a real family home, you come as a client, and you leave almost as a friend, Giuseppe is of an incomparable kindness, he folds in 4 to satisfy you, he tells you his family history with great simplicity, he is very good advice to guide you for the occupation of your days. Breakfast very very good, and full of good attention. Undoubtedly an experience to be repeated.

Well done Giuseppe

My husband and I stayed at this B&B and had a great time. It is managed by Giuseppe, a young and motivated guy who makes you feel at home and who has a nice story to tell about what was once the manor house built by his grandfather.
The property is very clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast on the veranda was a real treat.
The only flaw is that the climb to get there is steep, especially to be done on foot but I don't think there are any solutions for this.

Highly recommended!

It is the second time that we have booked a stay at this property and, also on this occasion, we can confirm all our positive impressions: breakfast under a porch with an enchanting and wide lake view, very comfortable rooms furnished with thought studied down to the smallest detail , common spaces characterized by cheerful blue and white totalities. A structure, in simple words, to photograph: impossible to resist! The owner is helpful and very kind. The structure is also very convenient for quickly reaching a well-kept and free lido in the center of Sarnico. Highly recommended.

B&B en una colina con vista al lago de Sarnico

Original B&B en una colina con vistas al lago en Sarnico. Puedo describir mi experiencia: habitacion grande, buena cama, sin television, sin una mesa para apoyar algo. WIFI regular. Baño amplio y limpio, pero no tiene para colgar la toallas usadas. La atencion del dueño Giuseppe es buena, es gentil, pero cuando llegamos (cuesta encontrarlo) esta en una colina de mas de 100 metros de altura, la puerta estaba cerrada y no habia timbre, tuve que hablar por telefono al dueño para que abriera el porton para entrar el coche.. Considerar esto que dije, porque si no sos de la union europea no siempre tenes telefono libre para llamadas. La vista desde los balcones es muy linda, pero en la habitacion que tuve las 2 ventanas no tienen vista al lago. El desayuno es bueno, lo trae personalmente Giuseppe a la mesa. Bajando la colina y caminando 800 metros aproximadamente tenes un pequeño y coqueto centro. Podes ir caminando, lo peligroso es el camino para subir y bajar la colina, ya que es estrecho y suben y bajan coches. Recomiendo este alojamiento para estar 1-2 dias y conocer los pueblos de Sarnico. Creo que le falta un poco de confort en la habitacion, camara y antecamara con mucho espacio y muebles vistosos, y nada mas
