Highly recommended!!

Room with a view of the entrance to the tower avenue.
Well cleaned and tidy. Nothing was missing. soaps, towels and mineral water with tea bags.
The only flaw is the soundproofing, but we were still quiet without too much noise that disturbed.
The owner via whatsapp indicated us every little need.
Private parking highly recommended at a cost of 12 euros per night.

Not as advertised...

Booked the "deluxe double" room with "landmark view" and "soundproofing". Unfortuntely, we were not given the access code prior to check in, as such we were waiting on the doorstep in full sun post-airport transfer for 2hrs before we could access the building. We were also told the wrong room via email, which we entered and began to utilise before being redirected. The room we were staying in was facing a construction site, with the "landmark view" - though a short walk away - actually out of sight and around the corner. We were woken each morming around 7am to the sound of drills cutting through concrete. Thankfully we made our concerns known and were able to secure a 20% refund which was greatly appreciated.

The worst, Junk, Horrible, Bad Service Hotel

I paid for an accessible room. No shower chair it was broken and not even in the wall just an empty space. Handicap electrician platform ramp wasn't working rack in bathroom felt from the wall and I got injured. She has the disrespectful to say I destroy and break the room that incompetent manager. I want my money back. A complete refund from those thieves from La Torre Garbata Junk hotel. This don't qualify not even to a one star hotel.

Good value!

Beautiful accommodation, just a 1-minute walk from the Leaning Tower square in Pisa.
As a small downside, the room was quite chilly for us during the night, even though the radiators were hot.
We really appreciated the attention to detail: the detailed information about the address, check-in and check-out made everything easy, the paid parking (€12/day) is right next to the property, we received a PDF city map and restaurant recommendations. I also liked that there is accessibility to the upper floor for people with disabilities — something I’ve seen in very few places.
For us, it was everything we needed.

Good location!

A nice simple, clean room with an organised host that was available and kept in contact. A good price for the location. Facilities are available in the corridor such as a communal area, drinks machine and iorn.
