Top!

15 minutes walk from the train station, 25 from the Leaning Tower, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone. Inconspicuously located near a road junction on the first floor. Still calm. Spacious small apartment with living space incl. Breakfast area, bedroom and bathroom. Shower bathtub with high entry. Everything comfortably furnished, everything there you need. Particularly noteworthy is the small courtyard with seating. Breakfast offer for Italy very nice. 
Regarding our arrival and departure times large and uncomplicated accommodation of the landlady. She lives right next door.

Absolutely top-notch!

We're so glad we chose to stay at B&B Guerrazzi! Mariaelena is an extremely pleasant host, everything was high quality and the daily cleaning arrangements meant returning to a spotless apartment each afternoon. We did several day trips during our stay, so having the train station within easy walking access was a real boon. Also, being able to walk to and from the airport (without the route involving any tricky sections) was a bonus. The breakfast selections were plentiful and varied, although I did choose to buy some fresh strawberries to augment this (personal choice!) The bedroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable. We found a very good restaurant just around the corner, Ristorante Cereria alle Porte, where we ate two very good evening meals, and would recommend this too. Many thanks to Mariaelena, we hope to stay with you another time, if we return to Pisa!

Great stay in Pisa and lovely host

We stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast for 1 night in April. Mariaelena was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a lovely private terrace. Breakfast was laid out ready for us. There was plenty of choice and it was all very tasty. It is very convenient for the station (about a 10-minute walk) and close to the centre too. We would highly recommend staying here and will stay again if we return to Pisa! Thank you!

Great in everything

Cozy, tastefully decorated, impeccable cleanliness, well organized and comfortable.
Great experience lived in family sl b & b Guerrazzi.
Good location, well served (a supermarket within walking distance), easy parking. All features that make it ideal for any situation.
Definitely a new landmark in Pisa. Congratulations!

Oasis of calm and comfort in Pisa.

We are so pleased that we booked this B&B.
A reasonable walk from the Pisa Central Station. Away from the bustling centre of Pisa, but close enough to it, less than 10 minutes walk.
The B&B is very comfortable with plenty of room. The buffet breakfast was varied and there was more than we could eat. There is a small fridge ready stocked with fruit juice, milk and butter. A coffee maker for great Italian coffee. A selection of bread, pastries, cakes.
The bedroom has air conditioning for a great night’s sleep on a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom has a great shower over a bath. Plenty of towels were provided.
The courtyard garden was a real bonus. We had that solely to ourselves. It’s gorgeous to to there, shaded by awnings, surrounded by plants, and at night it is illuminated. That was the cherry on the cake.
The whole place is super clean and decorated like you might see in some chic hotel.
The owner is lovely: she was really helpful, advising us on places to visit in Pisa, even marking these on a map. She actually phoned to arrange a taxi for us to get to the airport (taxi less than 15 euros).
Two minutes walk to a small supermarket (Carrefour) with fresh fruit, veg, delicatessen, wine, etc.
One minute walk to a bar/restaurant (L’Alba Rosa’s) for delicious eat in or take away pizza.
I would choose to stay here again!
