Great Value for Money and very friendly staff

I have been to Milano 20 or 30 times before and normally stayed at 4 star hotels (Galles/Marconi/City/Napoleon) in the Corso Buenos Aires area, but on this occasion decided to try the Hotel Teco.
I am glad that I did. Not nearly as expensive as the 4 star hotels and yet, just as good if not better!
Check-in was easy and quick having pre-registered on the internet. Had a superior double room and it was spotlessly clean, well decorated, air-conditioning worked, the wifi worked, the bed was comfortable, there was a kettle and sachets of coffee and tea as well as bottles of water in the refrigerator.
The staff are excellent, from check-in to breakfast to check-out. Friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, just off the Corso Buenos Aires, about 15 minutes walk to Milano Centrale train station and about 15-20 minutes the other way to the Duomo. Alternatively the hotel is equidistant between two underground Metro stations.
Breakfast was lovely, a good choice of yoghurt, pastries, cakes, bread, cereals, scrambled egg, bacon, cold cheeses and meats, fruit juice and the cappucino was excellent!
This hotel may be graded three star and not four; but it's better than many four stars I have stayed in whilst travelling around Italy. Highly recommended, especially when you consider the cost difference.

Great stay in Milan!

Had a really great stay at Hotel TECO! The location is perfect for exploring Milan, you can walk to many of the main attractions and public transport is just around the corner. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel offers great value for money.
As I was travelling solo, I really appreciated feeling safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The staff were also genuinely lovely. Helena, Andrea, Will, Paolo and Muraca were all so welcoming and helpful.
A really lovely hotel, with a great location and an even better team. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Milan!

Great Hotel, Recommended.

This hotel is located in a great position on a side street off Buenos Aires. Milan Cathedral which is situated in the historic center of the city is about a twenty minute walk, and if walking to the Central Railway Station takes about fifteen minutes. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff at all times are very helpful. The room was bright and cool, with the air conditioner working overtime, as Milan was in the throes of a heat wave at this time. If visiting Milan pick a cool time of the year as the heat in high summer can be overpowering. This is a welcoming and friendly hotel and I would recommend it.

Well-situated hotel but poorly soundproofed.

I had booked the hotel after seeing the numerous positive reviews and the quality/price ratio. However, even though the hotel is well-located and the staff is helpful, we did not sleep. The rooms are not well soundproofed and are connected by doors! Thus, we can hear the neighbors as if they were right next to us. I can confirm that the couple next door had a very good night. The breakfast is good, but in a small room where it is complicated to find a place. I remain disappointed with this hotel.

Great address in Milan! Quiet. Excellent value for money

We often stay in Milan. It was the first time in this hotel....Perfect!
We had the requested room on the upper floor and you calm. Sensational breakfast despite the closeness of the room. Nice staff. Very reasonable peace.
