Week at Tosca

I stayed alone at Tosca a week in early July.
The B & B is located in a villa with a well-kept garden about one km from the beach in a residential neighborhood opposite the hospital.
The room was very spacious, with a nice big bathroom, very clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed.
To go to the beach and downtown I used the bicycles available.
The pride of this structure is the kindness of the owners and the wonderful breakfasts, with cakes, biscuits and homemade puddings and the possibility of having savory breakfasts on request with eggs, ham, bread and much more, all in the shade of a spacious porch overlooking the beautiful garden.
The only drawback is the distance from the sea, although it was not a surprise, since I was aware of it even before arriving.
Structure recommended.

Wonderful B&B!

We just returned from a few days in Marina di Massa and stayed at this beautiful B & B.
Stefano and mom Elena really made us feel at home, they were helpful but never intrusive, they spoiled us with homemade desserts and with our requests for breakfast.
I would recommend this place for the tranquility, cleanliness and kindness of the owners.
I will be back very gladly if the opportunity comes

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

B&B with a standard of another level .... closer to a good 4 star hotel.
Both the rooms and all the rooms of the Villa are cared for in every detail, with more attention to cleanliness.
The owners, Stefano and His mother Elena, are extremely helpful and very kind, always ready to meet any customer needs.
Particularly worth mentioning is the rich breakfast in the morning, part of which is prepared expressly at the time (scrambled eggs, omelets, etc., etc.).
The picture of excellence is completed by the beautiful hot tub located in the Villa garden, which can be booked together with a good aperitif.

ADVISED! The B&B La Tosca is a beautiful villa in a strategic position in Marina di Massa. The structure is very well looked after. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the private bathroom with a spacious shower. The breakfast is plentiful and varied in its offering, ranging from sweet to savory, managing to satisfy all needs. Stefano and Elena, the owners, are people with great empathy and with their kindness and discretion they manage to make you feel in a familiar environment like that of home. We will never thank them enough for the care they took towards us. THANK YOU.
PS. It is located a short distance from the motorway exit and a few steps from the Apuane hospital. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the seafront on foot.

Gorgeous!

From the UK. Stayed in the top floor suite, only a few rooms so quite quiet. Rooms are classy and cleaned every day, breakfast on the terrace is lovely. There's a small outdoor covered space with a nice jacuzzi. Staff are wonderful, very polite and helpful and can speak some English.
