Relaxing.

I wonder how people cannot understand the difference between a guesthouse and a hotel... I can only tell you that given the price, it was divine... the room was very spacious... the breakfast was quite normal, and the staff and owners were super kind... logically, air conditioning is not included, just like breakfast, which is quite normal... but what can you expect??? Perhaps because being in the business, I understand costs and management very well, and I can only compliment myself... I had a great time even though we did not meet the night porter... hahahahaha... a big hug.

Don't expect much during meals!

Great location, simple and clean room, friendly staff, but I had to give 2 stars because breakfast was all packaged goods and dinner was too basic, there is no buffet for appetizers, and you also have to pay separately for water and fruit.

For those who are content

Hotel located at the beginning of Viale Italia; it requires a bit of walking to reach the center. The hotel is fairly clean, with a somewhat retro and old-fashioned structure.

The added value

Clean, quiet, simple and restful environment, convenient to the sea.
Returning is always a pleasure, even for the Welcoming, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I love to point out the added value of this holiday: GREGORIO, the waiter, nice, quick and kind as few. Thank you all for the nice holiday!

90 euro for a tiny smelly room with no AC

I saw their website and was looking for a room for a couple of nights close to the beach. I was told that the room had a park view. When I arrived i was told that there is no parking, and, the only room was a tiny room with no AC. The smell in the room was really bad, and loud noise until afer 2 am. They even wanted 5 euro for breakfast. I left the next morning. Check out at 10 am.
