Wonderful vacation, relaxation and fantastic sea.
My wife and I stayed unfortunately only 2 days from July 8th to the 9th, the hotel is in an excellent location a few steps from the port and the center promenade where all the restaurants, clubs, and shopping are. As soon as we arrived, Gianluca welcomed us with exemplary kindness, he spontaneously offered us a room upgrade. The room was very beautiful, very spacious, a modern and very functional shower, the room has a very beautiful and useful personal terrace to relax in the open air or simply to hang out wet swimsuits. Gianluca was very good and super helpful, he immediately indicated what was best for us to do and immediately organized our scooter rental and the boat excursion for the next day, everything was perfect, we had a great time. The hotel is excellent, modern in a fantastic location and Gianluca was exceptional, thanks again and I hope to return to visit you soon.

Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness, and more.
Hotel near the center, within walking distance, but far enough from the main bustling streets, full of restaurants and small shops. Quiet rooms, very comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness. Good breakfast, especially for the pastries. The guys at the reception are invaluable for their tips on the best beaches/coves to go to based on the wind, on scooter/bike rentals, on tours, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Courtesy and cordiality
Very clean hotel and in a central location. Large room with air conditioning. Breakfast is both sweet and savory, simple but good. But above all, polite and friendly staff.

Disappointing
We booked 3 days - from June 19 to June 22, 2026 - for a couple. Paid €780 without breakfast... for a 4-star hotel, it seems strange that it is not included, but we will see given the cost... it should be beautiful! In practice: we find ourselves in a hotel in front of the prison, an area close to the center but definitely ugly. From the outside, the hotel appears well-maintained. The reception indicates the path to the room, from the recently renovated lobby, we are led through a back courtyard with various drying racks and clothes hanging from rooms that overlook this space, and from this, we enter an exclusive space of the room of about 5/6 square meters furnished like a family hotel of very poor quality, with a high wall in bad condition, I attach a photo, large garbage bins, drying rack, and washbasin. Large room with a double bed and a side bed, all resembling a rental house from the 1960s; to our surprise, we discover that from this room, there is access to another double room with another bathroom, and from this, there is an exit to a side alley. There is no air or view, and moreover, from this door that opens onto the alley, the noise of passing vehicles is continuous. We ask to change rooms, but it is fully booked: we explain that this room is only suitable for a family, but nothing can be done: having already paid, unfortunately, we remain. We were directed to a scooter rental, of course, another company: we pay for 3 days. Since we arrived on the 19th at 3 PM, we believe that the rental expires on the 22nd at 3 PM. No, they expect the return on the 21st at 7 PM.
We do not know about the other rooms, but please inquire carefully: if they want to give you the room on the ground floor, number 51, go elsewhere. Terrible room.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la Sua opinione. Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la pulizia della struttura, la professionalità del nostro personale, l'accoglienza e la posizione centrale. Per quanto riguarda l'osservazione sulla vicinanza al carcere, si tratta di un elemento geografico noto e pubblico, chiaramente individuabile prima della prenotazione tramite qualsiasi piattaforma di mappe. Non rappresenta una caratteristica della struttura, né incide sui servizi offerti agli ospiti. Ci sorprende invece la descrizione della camera. La tipologia da Lei prenotata corrisponde esattamente a quella pubblicata sui portali di prenotazione, con fotografie, metratura e caratteristiche chiaramente indicate. I nostri materassi e gli arredi vengono regolarmente controllati e mantenuti in ottimo stato; è naturale che il comfort possa essere percepito in modo soggettivo, ma definire la camera impresentabile non rispecchia gli standard della struttura né i numerosi riscontri positivi ricevuti quotidianamente dai nostri ospiti. Rispettiamo ogni recensione, purché rappresenti un giudizio equilibrato e aderente alla realtà. Continueremo a lavorare con lo stesso impegno per offrire un soggiorno confortevole e un servizio professionale.

A small emerald green jewel immersed in an island of a thousand heavenly blues.
I had a serious problem on arrival that if I had booked any other property I think would require me to come home...
Giada and Gianluca, two extraordinary guys, have transformed with extreme delicacy and unfailing professionalism a holiday on paper "to forget" in a wonderful trip, giving me goodies on enchanted places, from restaurants to hidden coves, aperitifs and sunsets always showing me the most beautiful way to reach them living the island in all its colors and flavors...
What about breakfasts, very high Sicilian manufacture, ranging from salty to sweet, always fresh with products coming from pastry shops and local delis...
super cleanliness, staff always present for every need and super modern furnishings and attentive to detail ..
large rooms and airy bathrooms with spacious showers.
As a Neapolitan I can only say that I would not have thought there was a more welcoming place in the world than my city, while this small hotel two meters from the center of the island made me change my mind...
