The best choice!
We spent a delightful stay in this charming hotel. Elegant, well-maintained environments with a truly prepared, kind, and welcoming staff. Air-conditioned room that is truly well-cared for in every detail with a kettle (chamomile, tea...) and the pleasant pod coffee machine. Splendid breakfast for variety, quality, and top-notch staff. You can request excellent eggs, omelets, and fresh-squeezed citrus juice, which are exceptional. Thank you and see you soon, Carpi and Montella Family, Genova

Unforgettable breakfasts
Very well-managed hotel with excellent attention to detail. We have the privilege of being able to use hotel services about fifty days a year and we had a wonderful time here. As with all things, the staff component makes the difference with their know-how and, above all, their way of being... guests pampered in every kind request. Wonderful breakfast with staff that is also incomparable here. We also took advantage of the half-board option with three different, very satisfying dining options. Nice Hotel!
Excellent Hotel in the center of Cuneo. It overlooks the main square. Quiet, kind, competent, and polite staff. Abundant, well-cared-for, and well-prepared breakfast. Room sufficiently spacious, well-cared-for, and clean. Air-conditioned and soundproofed.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Cuneo, perfect for visiting the city and the region.
I just spent 3 nights from May 27 to May 29, 2026, in this hotel and occupied room 216.
The hotel is perfectly located, on the large Galimberti square, in one of the historic buildings of the city. It is ideal for visiting Cuneo on foot, as it is at the edge of the historic center, 50 meters from the famous Via Roma and its arcades.
I must say that I already appreciated the contacts (emails and phone calls) I had during my reservation to obtain some information. The hotel staff is responsive, friendly, helpful, and speaks excellent French. I had exactly the same feeling when checking in. First good point: the friendliness, helpfulness, and quality of the welcome.
For your information, the hotel offers, upon reservation, parking spaces at €15 per night. It is very convenient and secure.
The room I occupied is a beautiful room with a high ceiling. Its style is very classic, perfectly in line with the fact that the hotel occupies a historic building in the square. Apparently, I was informed that I had been upgraded.
In short, the room is large. It overlooks the square. It features a large (comfortable) bed, an armchair, a desk, and a chair. It is complemented by a beautiful bathroom with a sink, shower cabin, toilet, and bidet.
In terms of amenities, there is a safe, a fully stocked minibar, a television with some international channels (including TV5 Monde and France24), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi that works very well. A small bottle of water is offered on the first day.
Everything is very clean and comfortable.
And even though it overlooks the square, it is quiet.
The breakfast buffet is substantial, varied, and good.
In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel enough, as its value for money is excellent for a 4-star establishment.
The good points:
- the friendliness of the team, its kindness, its sense of service, and its responsiveness,
- the location of the hotel,
- the quality and comfort of the room,
- the good breakfast buffet,
- the very good value for money.

Excellent hotel in the city center.
Beautiful four-star hotel located under the arcades of the main square in the city center.
Friendly welcome. Nice communal space in the lobby, with armchairs and sofas, croissants and cookies, hot and cold drinks, but water (still or sparkling) is not always stocked.
We arrived early and were able to access our room without waiting, which we greatly appreciated.
Our room (superior) was quite spacious, the bathroom as well, well-maintained and clean. Wooden flooring, beautiful wooden furniture, very quiet at the end of a hallway.
In the common areas, fabric stretched on the walls and antique objects (grandfather clock, sewing machine...).
Comfortable and large bed, pillows a bit firm. An extra duvet, very useful, is available without having to ask.
Minimalist welcome booklet on QR code.
Absence of bathrobes, which were brought to us by the reception upon our request. Slippers available in the room.
The bathroom is cold, without heating; it is cold outside, even in May. However, the thermal insulation is effective.
Buffet breakfast available in several welcoming rooms with efficient staff, featuring Prosecco, cold cuts (very good cured ham), cheeses, fresh fruits, dried fruits, yogurts, cakes, pastries, a varied selection of biscuits from Piedmont, good hot chocolate, scrambled eggs, bacon, and basic sausages. Hummus, lentils, and cold grilled vegetables. Very good specialty breads, unique chocolate-pistachio spread, good fruit juices, pancakes with maple syrup, ricotta-spinach pie... a lovely breakfast to start the day well.
We had a very good stay at this establishment, which has managed to maintain a charm of historical authenticity and whose staff provides a four-star service!
