If you are looking for an educational camp, then you have come to the right place!!

The hotel has been nicely renovated, rooms are tastefully decorated, storage space is really very well solved and the spa area was also very nicely attached. The architect has really succeeded here. Just a bit of a pity that the Finnish sauna only fits for about 5 people, that's not enough for the hotel of course...But you could arrange well with the other sauna users.
The location of the hotel is very good - ski bus on the doorstep (unfortunately only comes twice an hour which is too little in the morning) and you can start running/hiking directly from the hotel.
BUT the unkindness of the owners can not be overlooked. This will spoil the holiday and is totally unnecessary! I'm afraid you don't feel welcome.
Still as information for those who like to be on the slopes early: Breakfast only from 7:30 - relatively stressful if the ski bus leaves at about 8:15. And certainly nothing for those who might like to have a coffee in peace. A coffee machine in the breakfast room would perhaps make it easier (even for the stressed operation) - at the moment there is a need to serve the guests —> wait even more.
In addition, the breakfast table is very small, “jam” and queuing in the morning is not for everyone.
For vegetarians/vegans the hotel is not. You end up with something but there is no choice. It is simply served a meal... Otherwise the kitchen is good!

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Unsere Sauna wird von allen unseren Gästen als mehr als großzügig beschrieben – schade, dass sie für Sie nicht ausreichend war.
Wir sind sicher, dass Sie eine Unterkunft finden werden, die besser zu Ihnen passt, und dass Sie nicht auf Ihren Urlaub in den Dolomiten verzichten werden. Wir wünschen Ihnen für die Zukunft schöne und angenehme Ferien.

Between boarding school and prison - avoid

The sisters run it almost like prison wardens- a few minutes late to dinner, and you’ll get a talking-to. Food much below average for Italy, some rooms not updated, 2200h curfew…as for the bad stuff: the warmers in ski lockers don’t work (I guess to save on electricity); the stampede on limited food options at breakfast; the bad coffee (in Italy!); service without smile; no breakdown in the drinks bill - just a 1-line item for several hundred euros….a very unpleasant experience. Not to be repeated.

First of all, we apologise for not being able to meet your holiday expectations.
We are particularly sorry for the things we could have done better. For example, why didn't you tell us that the boot warmers weren't heating up enough? Furthermore, it is true that we have a set menu with a prevalence of local foods - we have chosen not to offer standard pasta and pizza dishes - but we are always willing to make changes on request, which we explained on the first day and have always done to meet your nutritional needs.

Delightful hotel

It is very pleasant to return to the Hotel Pradat. We thank Mrs. Rita, Paulina and Christina, along with all the staff, for the experience that satisfied us in every aspect. We confirm the positive reviews, both for the friendliness and professionalism, both for the care of order, cleanliness and small details. We also point out the delicious kitchen, the rooms and all modern furnishings / rustic chic and functional, the beautiful wellness area and especially with priceless views.
