Total relaxation

We stayed at this property unfortunately for one night only, but the owner, a very kind person, allowed us to stay in the pool for the whole day of the next day. The property is very nice, with rooms overlooking the pool. We spent a relaxing day. It is about 15 minutes and 20 minutes from the center of Conversano Polignano, but it is worth it for those who prefer to stay quiet outside the center. Also delicious breakfast, both sweet and savory. We also enjoyed the focaccia for lunch that was kindly offered to us! Definitely recommended!

Bad waitress

We were there for a family party... nice location, helpful manager, but bad waitress!!! She allowed herself to come to us at the table to complain (in front of everyone), twice, because our son AUTISTIC, had touched glasses, among other things in an empty table. HIT AND NOT ABSOLUTELY BROKEN!!! So if you have disabled children, carefully avoid this structure, because they could "annoy" the waitress in question! I wish her to take a bath of humility, because karma sooner or later takes its course... Sorry for the manager who also apologized to us, but when the selection of staff is not accurate, the consequences fall on the entire structure!

Ideal location for important events

If I could give 10, I'd do it quietly. We were on the occasion of an important event. Super professional manager, great staff, great food, amazing location, fantastic rooms and icing on the cake the beauty of the pool the next day, in short, everything of the highest level. Highly recommended

PERFECT WEEKEND

We stayed at this property a weekend in July, highly recommended if you are looking for tranquility, pool and perfect services, very simple but cared for.
Very comfortable rooms and level absolutely adequate to 4 stars, perfect cuisine. Relaxation and great courtesy of the staff, we will definitely return in the future.

Stunning rustic setting

We have just returned from a 1 week stay in Parco Dei Manieri. We are a family of 5 (including a 1 yr old baby) and we stayed in their 2 bed apartment. We booked the holiday at the last minute after we had to cancel a holiday in France due to new quarantine rules. We had the most wonderful time. The apartment was light, airy and spacious. There was a steep staircase leading up from front door but we were able to prevent our baby accessing the stairs by laying down chairs on their sides.
The hotel sits in an old converted Italian Manor House surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. There are lime, pomegranate and olive trees on site. Everything is pristine clean and well maintained. The pool is to die for. There is a large pool and a smaller cold plunge pool.
The owners Francesco, Monica and their adorable daughter Alicia could not do more to help you to feel comfortable.
Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast was light but adequate for us. We suspect it would be fuller were it not for Covid. The coffee was sensational and is included in the cost. We ate lunch on site most days. The food was simple but delicious. Every day a 3 course meal including a pasta dish and followed by meat then melon. There was no “menu’ so so you get what you are given which might be a problem if you were vegetarian or had allergies. So I would recommend speaking to the owners on the first day if you need to. They don’t speak much English but a simple translation app would bridge the gap.
The hotel is near 2 small towns- Conversano to the West and Castellana Grotte to the East. Both about 20min drive away. Both contain plenty of restaurants and Gelatarias. Monopoli is 30 mins away. Monopoli is a grand port town with incredible views, history and piazzas. Polignano isn’t another town 30 mins away. Polignano was a our favourite town in terms of its architecture, views and ambience. There is a water park 40 mins away.
We can not recommend this hotel and this part of Italy enough.
