Wonderful views
The house is located between Como and Cernobbio, walk to both places. The estate is luxurious. The situation is fantastic, it has a jetty there, which is very practical to move around the lake. Nearby it has all kinds of services, including a good supermarket.
The facilities are comfortable and functional, the bed and bathroom are very well. All very clean. Davide, the host, helped us and advised us on what we need during the six days. The team is very professional and friendly.
All very well, but if there is anything to highlight are their views of the lake, they are wonderful and leave an indelible memory.
We stayed in the King room with balcony. Our recommendation is that you do not hesitate, you will spend a few unforgettable days.

The absolute beauty
I stayed in a room of this amazing Villa, but it is not a room, but a wonderful apartment.

Ideal location for lake views
2 nights spent in this charming place.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable (very quiet despite the presence of the road around the lake below) and the view is exceptional.
He had a refrigerator, a kettle and a corner to prepare and eat food. The property is very well located just a minute walk from the ferry terminal, bus stop, supermarket

An Absolutely Wonderful Find
This accommodation was just an amazing find by my husband. We stayed for 3 nights in the double room last month. The room was delightful, clean and comfortable. It had a fridge, kettle and area to prepare and eat food. There was a lovely garden outside the room that had a beautiful view of the lake. The property is most conveniently located barely a minute’s walk from the ferry terminal, bus stop, supermarket and quaint restaurants.
But we would like to give the best compliments to Davide and his lovely parents who were so, so helpful and answered all our queries and acted upon all our requests immediately. We really felt that we were staying with a wonderful family. We cannot recommend this property more highly. We would go back there anytime!

Great B&B with great views of Lake Como
The rooms are lovingly furnished. Everything was clean and intact. We were allowed to park our vintage car in the garage. The host explained everything to us, how to use the ferries, where the good restaurants are and what to see. The breakfast was excellent, everything freshly prepared and of high quality.

The only drawback is the busy road directly along the lake, but we knew that and the view of the lake is priceless. By the way, there is a super quiet air conditioning system, so you can't hear the road at night.
