Positive stay, reception staff friendly, qualified, professional, ready to fulfill every request.
Room service girls precise and very discreet, never intrusive.
For a possible return to the Aosta Valley, it will be my priority to contact this property again.

Regarding the stay...

I stayed at the Hotel Miage with the CAI Green Week 2026 group for a week.
The facility, besides being a bit dated and having many cobwebs, had windowless bathrooms that were completely devoid of ventilation.
The rooms lacked a refrigerator, which would have been useful, given the outside temperatures.
.......the restaurant area is very large, but the quality of the dining is insufficient. Likewise for breakfast....with products below average.
I did not always find availability and kindness from the hotel and restaurant staff.
Price-quality ratio disproportionate for services not received.
Those who go to the mountains are not looking for luxury, but they demand guaranteed minimum services.

Property of a certainly good standard and with extremely helpful staff

I stayed at the hotel with a CAI group of about 50 people for a week. The property is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious and bright, the restaurant area is huge, there is a beautiful garden, and the parking is very convenient.
Especially noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff both at the hotel and at the restaurant, who tried to satisfy all our needs/requirements.
Perhaps the quality of the bathroom accessories is a bit low

'80s style

The hotel looks good from the outside, but it should be renovated a bit on the inside. The rooms are basic; for example, they lack a refrigerator, which would have been convenient, at least to put some water in to cool down given the scorching heat. The air conditioning was not working in one of the two rooms we used. Towels and bed linens a bit worn. Breakfast and dinner with products not of great quality; perhaps it would have been better to do less, but better. The staff, however, was excellent, especially the girls at the reception, always helpful and smiling!

Obsolete

Convenient location and excellent view of the mountains.
Property interior poorly maintained and in need of renovation. Little care also taken with the bath linens (towels with holes and a bit worn). No refrigerator in the room and no additional services. There are no closed closets but open shelving … Qualitatively poor breakfast, with commercial or defrosted products.
