Always the "usual" fantastic vacation.

What can I say, I return willingly every time... the staff and owners are friendly, helpful, and professional, the environments are clean, and the cuisine is of excellent quality and with a lot of choice.
Bicycles always available, excellent prices, and a perfect beach.
We will return again.

Great location with beach included but food did not satisfy me. Little fish and few vegetables... for the rest nothing to say

Love it ❤️

Best ice cream and cocktails from all of Caorle ❤️ centrally located near the old town, friendly staff and really top! Every ice cream a treat, the coups made perfect. Come here again and again - for years! Small snacks we toast etc. are also very tasty.

We stayed here for 2 days and felt at home from the start! The friendliness in all languages is unbeatable. The breakfast with freshly squeezed juices to your own taste and scrambled eggs is unusual for Italy. The room with air conditioning is small but nice. Great value for money. We'll be back!

Terrible food , disgusting rooms, rude and unprofessional staff +owners

Terrible service (no service at all: the hotel is ruined by the nasty owners that are extremely cheap with their staff and the hotel procedures (moldy bread for breakfast, ants in room, no basic hygiene items in the showers, clogged sinks and stinky rooms and floors) if you try to say something, ask for something or point on anything like shows them the moldy bread they serve for breakfast … they will send unknown people at your table while you are drinking tea ( everything else they serve is terrible quality and expired- be careful we got food poisoning) to threaten and harass you!!! Unbelievable The worst experience ever ! A screaming unknown individual threatening you ( screening at a women, he was a man ) to the point that you feel scared for your life and all while you paid for your vacation and rooms
If you don’t want to ruin your vacation by dealing with completely unprofessional people (no name tags or business cards provided either) do yourself a favour and book somewhere else!!! Please don’t repeat our mistake ( and ruin your vacation by dealing with them ) and have a wonderful time! The town itself is beautiful till you book this hotel be careful and stay safe✌life is too short to spend it on people who don’t respect ✊ people!!!
