A wonderful place

On our journey from coast to coast, we spent 2 nights here, and it was wonderfully relaxing. Quiet, clean, and hospitable. And we were heavenly cooked for by Maria, this wonderful charismatic woman. The best dinner of our trip. Thank you very much for that.

A B&B that is a philosophy!

My family and I found this property as beautiful, as welcoming. It is not simply a B&B, but tells a philosophy of life. The eco-sustainability is demonstrated not only by the choice to use glass and not plastic; biodegradable toilet paper; solar panels for heating; but also in the proposal of the products offered. The company at the base of the structure, offers a virtuous circle that starts from hay, passes to farmed animals and arrives at milk and all the excellent derivatives produced
(Spectacular yogurt!) Our room with
(Soul) is spacious, comfortable (even for me who have special needs for walking), with many details: among them I mention the double pillow with two different degrees of softness and the kettle with cups for evening tea and filters.
It adds the kindness of the owners, really very helpful and not least a breakfast with homemade cakes tasty.
We will definitely return

Beautiful

Beautiful place. The owners are super friendly and kind and helpful. People who respect and love nature in an enviable way. Super super recommended, we stayed with our dog and were treated very well. They make them the milk they offer you for breakfast and they make a yogurt out of the ordinary, delicious. We will absolutely return

"Christmas" dinner with colleagues

With colleagues we decided to exchange Christmas greetings by choosing the Centomani tavern as our location. Just outside Potenza, the tavern is located in a quiet, nice and welcoming; the interior is warm and familiar, the menu offers a good choice between first and second courses of meat. Amazing cheeses of our own production, as well as linguine with celery, lemon and thyme, which deserve a taste (maybe even two). If available, panna cotta is a must try! The service was attentive and discreet; the owner entertained at the table with us, illustrating the dishes and conversing amiably. Experience to repeat absolutely!

unique and very good

There are restaurants that become extraordinary testimonies of coherence... and for me Taverna Centomani is... a common thread that unites all the components that make great Italian catering... from Welcoming, warm but always sober, never invasive... to the place that is elegant but you realize it with the passing of the minutes, when you can capture the taste and consequently the personality 'of the owners... to end up with food that becomes gourmet without resorting to exoticism now taken for granted but enhancing the flavor of basic but powerful ingredients... not recommended to gastrofighetti
