Impromptu Dublin Visit
We booked this hotel and short notice as our visit was a little impromptu. It’s ideally placed to explore Dublin with all of the main sights in easy reach. We weren’t disappointed as it was really lovely.
On arrival our first impression was with kitty who was extremely friendly and helpful when booking us in. We met kitty again the second night and I can say she is a credit to the hotel as were all of the staff we met during our two night stay.
The room was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. It’s a modern minimalist design with a shower/toilet cubicle and the sink is in the room so no bathroom as such. Everything else is as expected, wardrobe with safe, good sized tv etc. no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a galley on each floor so you can help yourself there.
We didn’t have breakfast but did use the bar area which has a really good vibe with a modern vibrant clean feel and lots of comfortable seating. The bar staff were excellent and helped us choose some stunning cocktails.

There were two very important points that made my stay very difficult.
1. None of the numbers listed online, website or google business is working numbers so if there’s an emergency you only can connect by email. I brought this to their attention but they kept ignoring. I’ll flag this to anyone wanting to book this hotel in the future.
2. For such a modern and boutique hotel such as this one the fact that there’s no way you can make a quick coffee or hot water in your room and have to get dressed and go out to gallery was an issue. Not to mention that there was no hot water at the gallery and war just warm water from the sink. Therefore I had to travel from fifth level to the bar in ground level each time to get a cup of hot water.

We arrived early morning and were able to store our luggage until checking in. Our room was ready around noon, so we could check in and have a nap to battle jet lag. Lots of shopping and pubs nearby on pedestrian only streets. Strong a/c with comfortable bed/bedding. Small but adequate room/bathroom.

Great night away . The girls at reception were excellent. So helpful. I would go back again . Great hotel !
