Nice place
It is really good place to stay in and it is near to the shopping area and 5 min with car to marqad imam ali. There is parking for car infront of the hotel they don’t offer close parking. Their breakfast was not that much good but you can come out from hotel and go to the streets and you can see many restaurants and cafes to have breakfast.

It was an annoying and uncomfortable night!
It was an annoying and uncomfortable night! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and tidy, and the staff are friendly, but the only downside to this hotel is that you feel like you're living in a "smoking box"! The room was fill with cigarette smoke, and the corridors, reception, and lounge were also full of cigarette smoke! But there was also a very annoying strong and excessive smell of air freshener inside the room and corridors to the point that it was nauseating! The smoke was coming in through the windows due to the poor insulation between the outside and the inside! It was a really disappointing and uncomfortable night! I couldn't enter the room or even sit in it during the day because of the annoying cigarette smell. I preferred to go outside the hotel or sit outside the room in the corridor, or sometimes go down to the reception and lounge, but it was also full of cigarette smoke due to some annoying and careless smokers! I was sitting in the corridor and saw one of the employees enter several rooms on the floor I was on, and I saw him spraying a strong and annoying air freshener in large quantities inside the rooms that guests exit during the day!! I think they do this to cover and hide the foul smell of cigarettes that seeps into the rooms from the vents or through the windows of some smoking guests inside the rooms!! Honestly, I couldn't sleep at night unless I was wearing a mask!! Worst hotel experience ever! I had payed a 108$ to live in a ”smoking box” not a room!! It was bad, annoying and very uncomfortable stay!! Advice to the hotel owner: You have to adhere to what you write in the hotel advertisement. I read about this hotel on Booking.com and one of its features and conditions was that it was "No smoking"!! Unfortunately, I found myself as if I was staying in a room designated for "smokers only"!! I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for those who suffer from sensitivity to strong smells!

Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Dirty and no internet in the room. Location is good but where the hotel bus leaves you and pucks you up to go to haram is very har and hilly.
Carpets are old and dirty. Rooms and beds are clumpy. Don’t be fooled by pictures. There is NO INTERNET in any rooms. You have to go to the lobby to use internet. Never ever will I go there again. Only good is check out is at 5 pm but most hotel in request allow check out at 2-3 pm . It’s a THREE STAR hotel. Horrible.

Nice Hotel in Central Location
This feels like a newer hotel in a good location right across from a mall. I forgot to take pictures of the room but it is quite spacious and clean. There is a big shower - decently warm with pressure. I was in room 116 facing the street so there is noise from traffic (and wedding celebrations) so if you want a quieter room, may want to request a room facing away from the street. The staff was really nice. Decently priced laundry service. The buffet breakfast is quite big. I just found room turnover a bit odd - first day, didn’t have it, and some days they did it closer to the evening.
Wifi isn’t great, but gets a bit better closer to the lobby.
