Wonderful place in Central Erbil

The staff at reception and around the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English and are always ready to help.
The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is very pleasant. Many rooms have wonderful city views, and the breakfast area in particular has a great view of the city.
The Citadel is a few minutes walk away, and there are many restaurants o no Iskan Street nearby.

An absolute nightmare stay!

One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen. Cockroaches, foul smells, and clearly unwashed bedding made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable.

Poor

A hotel where there is no electricity at night asking staff and the God of God is a second-born unemployed and God of God is a generic comfort because its operating hours are many and there is no credibility in speaking of the price is too much compared to other hotels no place for the car and internet poor services there is one elevator and relatively small style some poor booking workers never recover it and God will first and last time

Very underwhelming

Very under whelming and very outdated place, service generally is good but the place is not clean and the furniture is very old and bad. The bed mattresses are not comfortable and quite old and dirty. The carpet is ripped, the toilets are ok but there is no towel or other amenities beside soap. Overall if u want a budget stay that is 1 or 2 star like, this is it i guess

OK, Average Hotel

Acceptable - Not the worst, not the best. Location is on bustling strip with lots of restaurant options. Walkable area. Staff is generally friendly. Rooms are passable and basic. WIFI worked. Single elevator makes things a bit problematic - I ended up taking stairs several times. Breakfast buffet is light, but staff will take special orders such as an omelette or coffee neither of which is otherwise available.
