Kashi calling

very nice hotel, centrally located. right from Check in to Checkout, the entire staff was very courteous. Service, cleanliness & everything was superb. Breakfast served was very nourishing. The Buffet Dinner we had was very sumptuous & very reasonably priced. The service in the Restaurant was extremely good. We truly enjoyed our stay.

very bad experience

We stayed at Hotel Regency with corporate business colleagues along with family members. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
The very bad experience started with the room condition. One of my friends noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets, pillow covers, and quilt covers appeared to have been reused from a previous guest. The cleanliness standards were extremely poor.
The bathroom had no basic amenities, and the towels looked old, worn out, and seemingly used multiple times. It appeared as though they were simply dried and kept back without proper washing, which was unacceptable.
On a positive note, the reception staff were polite, calm, and professional in their communication, which is suitable for a business hotel.
However, the behavior of the security guards was unpleasant. From arrival to departure, they constantly appeared to be expecting tips, behaving more like street beggars rather than trained hotel security staff.
Overall, due to poor hygiene and unprofessional conduct from the security team, this hotel did not meet our expectations.

Value for money stay with comfort

The location is central and most of the tourist sites are easy to access. Good sized rooms and clean bathrooms. House keeping is efficient. Fabulous breakfast menu and delicious food. The hotel is located very close to all the railway stations and is accessible by the faster roads to go into the city and Sarnath. Room rates are very affordable and service exceeds the prices.

Good choice; worth the money

Good choice if you visiting Varanasi and want to be close to the main tourist places and yet want to avoid traffic; Good location; prompt service, clean rooms, decent parking place, helpful front desk
