planning to stay again
I stayed here at your hotel when I first came to Ujjain before june 2014. It was a pleasant experience. Staff is good. rooms are small but safe & peaceful. Bed & service was good.
2nd time when I came there were no room available. bcoz staff said come after 12pm.
so, sir I want to ask that if I can check in before 12pm. bcoz my train will arrive at 5.00 am.
please ensure me

Very Bad experience won't recommend anyone ever.
Instead of trying to understand the issue or offering a solution, the staff was rude and dismissive. They made no effort to show empathy or flexibility, even though it was clear that the duplicate booking was a mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse.
This lack of basic customer service and understanding is unacceptable for any business, let alone a hotel where guest satisfaction should be a priority. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel and look elsewhere for accommodation

Book only if you want temporary stay in very low budget around 400
Provides TV with all channels and phone to call reception.
Also provides shared dormitory for Rs.100 per person per night. Dormitory is just like dharmashala, very poor but ok if you want to keep ur luggage and go out.
Never go with family.
