Nice stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful. Everything was well-managed and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting

Worst out of worst Experience

Extremely disappointing experience at Zostel.
The room provided was dusty and unhygienic, with blood-stained bedsheets which is completely unacceptable for any guest. There was no elevator in the property, and carrying luggage till the 3rd floor was very inconvenient.
To make things worse, there was constant loud banging noise due to nearby construction work, making it impossible to relax. Because of all these issues, I had to leave the property and book another hotel immediately.Extremely disappointing experience at Zostel.

Extremely Disappointing Stay property was untidy and poorly maintained. At one point it honestly felt like we were staying in dharamshala rather than hostel we paid good money for.

Unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour by host Rahul Rajput.

Extremely bad experience because of host Mr. Rahul Rajput. Property and location are good, but this guy is unprofessional and behaves like a local gunda. We were extremely tired after journey in long weekend rush, but instead of helping with check-in, he mocked us, called us names like “meri ma,” and stopped staff from helping with luggage. Lift is outside of property and It was raining and he stopped us in the middle of rain outside of lift and rudely said he’ll refund us if we want to leave, knowing we had no other option. Irrespective of everything we stayed in Zostel for two days, and he even stopped us from sitting in our own private room balcony without any reason. We were not playing music, we’re just talking.
Stayed at Madpackers after Zostel — their property isn’t as fancy, but the staff was way more professional and respectful. Overall, great place ruined by terrible host.

Unfortunately, my stay at Zostal was subpar. The night staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude. They lacked basic customer service skills, making interactions unpleasant.
Furthermore, I felt concerned about safety, particularly for solo female travelers.
Improvement in staff training and customer service is essential for a better experience.
