Exceptional Hospitality & Genuine Care
The team was extremely welcoming, attentive, and supportive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and pleasant. What impressed me even more was their service after I had already checked out. I realized that I had accidentally left behind my much-loved pair of headphones, and the team promptly contacted me, took care of the entire process, and couriered my belongings to me safely.
Their dedication, honesty, ownership, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. This is the kind of hospitality that builds trust and creates a lasting impression.

Our One Day Stay in Hayatt Pune with Family.
They have a launge entry facility just for 2000 per room and you can enjoy there many veg. nonveg dishes plus drinks.
Surely we will visit this place whenever find appotunity to have some fun.

Best Hotel in. Pune
Rooms are spacious ( a big shout out to Santosh and Bharat and their team , they the best housekeeping staff, my room and little extras I recieved have been amazing ) Always cleaned to fantastic standard, anything is never too much to ask for ! Thank you guys ..
Bituli and Geion at cafe super friendly!
Restaurant, pune 14 and Zeta by far best in Pune , never not had a meal we didn't like !

Review
The concierge service sometimes took 40 mins waiting time. The food wasnt that good and my friend got food poisoned from the food and was hospitalised. The people from food team was not responding properly. And when ordered food it took them 40 minutes to get it delivered( this was just a simple paneer paratha ).
The higher ups were very friendly and when took this upon them they were responding good.
I wanna thank Vikas Negandhi, for helping me get my stuff left at the hotel. He was very supportive, and helped me throughout the way.
