Superb.
F&B is very good, F&B Service needs to be a little quick to attend to guest needs. Amrit, Umesh, Lakshita and others ensured that inspite of a few delays we left the restaurant satisfied and smiling. Housekeeping is very good at their job. Rooms are very well maintained and so are the public areas.
Each and every employee whom we met and interacted with, were courteous, warm and ever ready to help.
Thank you so much TEAM GATEWAY NASHIK for making our stay so memorable!!

Wonderful stay
I recently had a wonderful experience at Taj Gateway Nashik and was genuinely impressed by the overall hospitality, comfort, food, and service. From the quality of the room to the attentiveness of the staff, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of.
Room Quality & Comfort
The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience was relaxing, and the attention to cleanliness and small details made the room feel warm and welcoming.
A special mention goes to Yogesh, who was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and professional. His warm attitude and willingness to assist whenever required made a noticeable difference to our experience. His service truly reflected the hospitality standards of the Taj brand.
Food & Dining Experience
The food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. There was a great variety of options, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent.
A special appreciation for Chef Pradeep, whose culinary skills were clearly reflected in every meal. The food was delicious and prepared with great attention to taste and presentation.
We would also like to appreciate Lakshita, the restaurant manager, for her excellent service and hospitality. She was attentive, welcoming, and ensured that everything was well managed, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
A Special Birthday Surprise
One of the most memorable parts of our stay was celebrating my wife's birthday at the hotel. The team went the extra mile by arranging a complimentary birthday cake, which was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture.
It may seem like a small gesture, but these personal touches are what make a hotel stay truly special and memorable. We really appreciated the effort and warmth shown by the entire team in making her birthday celebration even more special.
Swimming Pool & Gym
The swimming pool was well maintained and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The gym was also clean, well equipped, and suitable for maintaining a workout routine during our stay.
A special mention to Praveen, who manages the swimming pool and gym. He was very helpful, polite, and attentive, ensuring that guests had a comfortable and pleasant experience using the facilities.
Overall Experience
Overall, our stay at Taj Gateway Nashik was truly memorable. The combination of a comfortable room, excellent food, well-maintained facilities, thoughtful birthday hospitality, and—most importantly—warm and professional staff made the experience special.
A big thank you to Yogesh, Chef Pradeep, Lakshita, Praveen, and the entire team for going the extra mile and making our stay so enjoyable.
The complimentary birthday cake and the personal attention we received made our celebration even more memorable.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire team at The Gateway Hotel Nashik for successfully managing and executing the dinner operation for the Uropiya guests, especially considering the guest count increased to almost twice the originally planned number of pax.
Managing such a significant increase in guest volume at short notice is a challenging task, but the team demonstrated excellent coordination, flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Despite the sudden increase in numbers, the dinner service was conducted smoothly and efficiently, with minimal impact on the overall guest experience.
Special appreciation goes to the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Service, Stewarding, teams for working together seamlessly. The coordination between the kitchen and service team ensured that food was replenished on time, the buffet remained well maintained, and guests were served without unnecessary delays.
The team showed great presence of mind and adaptability throughout the operation. Seating arrangements, buffet management, food production, replenishment, table service, clearing, and overall guest movement were handled effectively even with the increased pressure.
The positive response from the Uropiya guests is a reflection of the team's efforts. Their ability to maintain service standards, food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality despite the unexpected increase in pax is truly commendable.
A special appreciation to the Service Associates- *Ravindra, Rushikesh, Yayati ,* Stewards and all supporting colleagues who contributed behind the scenes to make the operation successful.
This operation is a great example of teamwork, communication, ownership, and hospitality excellence. The way the team came together and delivered a smooth dinner experience under challenging circumstances deserves recognition.
