WORST HOTEL EVER THE ADORE PALACE AT ANDHER

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at The Adore Palace, Safed Pool, Andheri East, Mumbai. The hotel was in a terrible condition, and I had a distressing experience.
Firstly, the hotel is located next to a large open gutter, and my room (No. 101) had a strong foul odor, making it unbearable to stay. The unhygienic conditions caused me to feel extremely unwell, and I even vomited blood due to the overnight stay. Additionally, the toilet was infested with cockroaches, making it worse than a public restroom.
It is unacceptable that such a property is listed on your platform. If a hotel receives consistently poor reviews, the booking site should verify its quality before allowing further bookings. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your platform, and I urge you to take immediate action to prevent others from suffering a similar ordeal.
Would appreciate your earliest action in this regard.

HORRENDOUS

We booked this hotel but due to horrendous reviews we cancelled after confirming our booking they asked for 40%, of the bill this is what scammers do to access your account l gave them no money l reported it to booking .com as someone suggested it should be closed down one said they were threatened if they didn't pay more money and stated the manager was a drunk with stinking rooms so not the the place to stay.

worst Terrible

worst worst experience. Pls pls pls dont stay in this hotel. this horrible hotel.they should close this hotel. not worth for people to stay. Bathrooms are unhygienic.Duvets are smelly. Rooms are not clean.

Never go here!!! Worst hotel ever

Don’t even think about staying here. Worst hotel and definitely worst service ever. The rooms and sheets are dirty and there are cockroaches all over te place. We didn’t have water for one day and they didn’t care at all. One day we accidentally left the ac on in our room and the manager came into our room telling us we are scams. The only scam here is this hotel since their pictures are nothing like real life. It smells so bad and the whole sewage is open in front of the hotel. It’s just not good for you. The manager is simply rude to his guests, even though his hotel is pure trash. Never go here, it’s a waste of your money and energy fighting the employees over everything.

Worst service ever I had in my life

We are two here on date 3rd of April 2022 we were check in by the reception guy name is shehbhaz Ali it's the worst service of u can get here the reception just keeps on telling lie to u we have taken a room here and after paying all the amount this room has insufficient animites we took room for 6 hours and the room was with and unrepaired ac which the reception guy claim would ask the guy to fix but did not turn up to do so after telling him 6/7 times he says I will call i will do sorry this and that and so not what his all services are slow this hotel is just a lie and so the reviews are i would really not suggest this hotel to anyone it's just a waste of money.the hotel is just a lie that's it disgusting service.
