Decent place

We stayed for a weekend during peak season in winter. It was a bit expensive due to season rates. The rooms were reasonably clean and decent. Hot water for shower was available 24 hours .Staff is very co operative especially the front desk and restaurant.The location is easily accesible and there is place to go for long walks behind the hotel. There is fix menu for breakfast and you can order from the selection which they make fresh so it was quite good. There was lot of music till late night due to festival season but it was easy listening instrumental at a resonable volume so not disturbing . The rug seemd sticky from lots of use but rest of floor and furniture was clean.

Worst hotel in lonavala

Worst experience, never such hotel
I have paid 9000+gst +1000 extra bed for classic suite room.
When I reached one room not ready till 7 pm
As per room condition we denied to stay ,he said plz stay i will offer 10% discount on food ,
When we entered the room mid night we notice our wet pillow ,water was coming from roof
Suddenly all three room same thing
We inform to hotel team plz change the room but he denied
I said than refund my money i ll stay in another hotel ,but he said
No it is out off policy
They have full proff plan for froud
Specially the lady who book the hotel
All are cheater, froud
Our trip experience is worst in hotel
Third class owner behavior.

Very good hotel with reasonable price

Checkin / check out were smooth even during Christmas week end
Concierge service available
Got readymade tea at 4.30 am , was happy to get that
Sunil ( senior front office ) was very cooperative
Breakfast was set menu based but many options with juice and tea coffee

Honest experience

Worst hotel ever i visited .. i wish there was option for giving negative stras . It literally caused me 2.5 hrs , so slow and lame services .. it costed me not attending 2,3 toursit spots .
Kindly stop this hotel now and dont ever try to get in this buisness !
wish i could used some bad words to give you guys actual experience ...

Good Food

Lonawala is indeed the best outing spot for Mumbaites and Puneites. For these travelers , if we need to sop the best Vegetarian restaurant near Lonawala , its definitely Kailash Parbhat , global chain known for its quality stuff. But need to improve their speed in delivering the food ordered. Otherwise good.
