Tässä lomakeskuksessa käytössäsi on ulkouima-allas ja ympäri vuorokauden auki oleva kuntokeskus. Majoituspaikassa tehdään remonttia 30.5.2026– 30.9.2026 (remontin valmistumispäivä voi muuttua). Remontti vaikuttaa seuraaviin alueisiin: Uima-allas Teemme kaikkemme häiriöiden ja meluhaittojen minimoimiseksi kunnostustöiden aikana.

Celebrating my neice and her 1st Birthday at Della
Della Resorts, Lonavala, was such a wonderful experience! From the beautiful property and fantastic hospitality to the sheer variety of things to do, it’s the perfect place for a fun, relaxing family getaway. The kids had an absolute blast, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
A special thank you to Noor, our butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. His warmth, attentiveness and exceptional service truly stood out.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Not What You Expect at This Price Point
The property and rooms feel quite dated and badly in need of refurbishment. Several things in our room were either not functioning properly or required repeated follow-ups.
The biggest issue, however, was hygiene and pest control. We found a mouse in the kids' room. After informing housekeeping, the issue was not handled satisfactorily, and we were eventually shifted to another room. To our surprise, the new room had two large lizards in the washroom. At that point, what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation started feeling like a nightmare.
Given the experience, we requested an early checkout along with either a refund or a credit note for the unused day. Unfortunately, this was refused. While the management did offer an upgrade, the overall experience continued to have multiple issues.
Even something as basic as getting a hot shower became difficult. Forget enjoying the Jacuzzi — we were told that the villa block has multiple rooms sharing a 2,000-litre geyser capacity. If other guests had recently used the Jacuzzi or consumed a significant amount of hot water, the remaining rooms could be left waiting 30–45 minutes for hot water again. For a premium villa stay, having your bathing experience dependent on whether other rooms have used their Jacuzzi is simply unacceptable.
The food and dining experience also did not justify the pricing. The restaurants are significantly overpriced, and during breakfast, we noticed cockroaches around the cereal and bakery counter, which was particularly concerning given that we were travelling with young children.
Another noticeable issue was mosquitoes. Of course, the property is surrounded by greenery, so mosquitoes outdoors are understandable. But we also experienced a significant mosquito problem inside the rooms. During our two-day stay, I did not notice any visible mosquito-control or fumigation activity either.
The Adventure Park, in my opinion, is also somewhat overrated. Many of the activities included with the day pass felt underwhelming, while even some very basic attractions required additional payment. For example, a simple Mirror Maze required an extra ₹300 per person. The overall value proposition did not match the premium pricing.
The one genuine highlight of our stay was the Vegas Show. A big compliment to the artists and performers for putting in a tremendous effort and keeping the audience entertained for almost two hours. They were definitely the highlight of our visit.
Overall, Della Resorts has a great concept and a large property, but the rooms, infrastructure, maintenance, hygiene standards, and overall guest experience need serious attention and upgrading. At the price being charged, one expects much better.
For families travelling with young children, I would strongly recommend exploring and comparing other properties in Lonavala before making a booking.
